The selection of frames that they have is better than any other store on the Main Line that I visited. They have your standard brands, (Ray Ban), bargain brands, high end designer brands (Gucci), minimalist brands, and some brands that are only sold in a handful of shops across the globe (seriously, Lunor, look them up!). They were so patient with me as I tried to choose my frames and even let me switch the color of my frames after I had already bought them! The fit of the lenses is also fantastic. They really make sure the prescription fits your eyes - I've never had glasses that I see better out of. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for quality glasses, great lenses, and fantastic service!

I noticed this unassuming shop on my way to my chiropractor and thought I'd see if they could help me out. They could not have been friendlier. I received a second eye exam from them. It was a night and day difference. The optometrist took her time and really made sure the prescription was right. While the other place relied on machines to tell them what to do, these people were old school in their approach and highly skilled. They had a good selection of high quality frames and provided great service at every step. If you want to make sure you're dealing with real professionals, Visionary Eyewear is a great choice. I don't normally write reviews, but this is one of those places you could walk by without even noticing and it was one of my better eye care experiences.

Dr A also looked at her eyes to see what he could diagnose. My wife has had eye trouble for years astigmatisms, retina/macula problems. Dr A advised her to see a cataract surgeon as he thought there was no other damage that he could assess. Long story short, my wife went to a recommended specialist and she now sees better than she has in many years. Dr A is a great Dr. I highly recommend his services. He went above and beyond by even doing the cost comparison for me when I was considering two contact brands, the manufacturer's rebates, and their in-office promotions. I also love that this practice has the option to text their staff, I do find that to be easier than calling because their phone lines are often quite busy. When it was time to order my contacts I had the option to order through the site Dr. Contact Lens or through them directly to save an additional 15% off. I've been a happy customer here and would recommend it!

They did not return our phone calls, they do not answer their phone, they were unable to answer our questions when we did finally get a person on the phone, did not mail a doctor letter of medical necessity to our insurance company and did not inform us that our insurance was not covering the therapy. We ended up with months of unpaid bills that we didn't know we were responsible for. We are happy with the doctor but the billing and admin parts of the practice are a nightmare to deal with. We will not be going back to the practice and we have informed the neurologist that recommended the practice about our horrible experience.
