He went above and beyond by even doing the cost comparison for me when I was considering two contact brands, the manufacturer's rebates, and their in-office promotions. I also love that this practice has the option to text their staff, I do find that to be easier than calling because their phone lines are often quite busy. When it was time to order my contacts I had the option to order through the site Dr. Contact Lens or through them directly to save an additional 15% off. I've been a happy customer here and would recommend it!

They did not return our phone calls, they do not answer their phone, they were unable to answer our questions when we did finally get a person on the phone, did not mail a doctor letter of medical necessity to our insurance company and did not inform us that our insurance was not covering the therapy. We ended up with months of unpaid bills that we didn't know we were responsible for. We are happy with the doctor but the billing and admin parts of the practice are a nightmare to deal with. We will not be going back to the practice and we have informed the neurologist that recommended the practice about our horrible experience.

The two ladies running the office and fitting the glasses were both very nice and professional. Everything was super quick and convenient. Plus they had a nice selection of glasses. I am glad that I switched to this office from one of the bigger ones where I had to wait eons and deal with some rude ladies to just get a pair of reading glasses. The selection of frames that they have is better than any other store on the Main Line that I visited. They have your standard brands, (Ray Ban), bargain brands, high end designer brands (Gucci), minimalist brands, and some brands that are only sold in a handful of shops across the globe (seriously, Lunor, look them up!). They were so patient with me as I tried to choose my frames and even let me switch the color of my frames after I had already bought them! The fit of the lenses is also fantastic.
