I'll be honest, the myofascial release therapy was painful for me and I wanted to tap out many times. But Tamara's energy is so soothing I had complete faith in her and made it through. On my good days with pain meds are usually a 5-6 on a scale from 1-10. After my session with Tamara I was at a 1-2, and felt the best I have in years. The cozy slippers were a nice touch! My massage therapist took the time to ask about my concerns (stiff shoulders and neck) and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, dim lighting, peaceful music, and even a heated table. By the end, I sincerely felt so much better. Everything felt really good! This place is by no means fancy, but I enjoyed the massage thoroughly. And it was not overly priced. I would go again- but again, this is certainly not your typical spa.
