The 1st available consultation was a month and a half out due to his popularity so be prepared for that. Also, be ready to ask "all" of the questions you may have on that 1st meeting because you won't see the doctor again until the day of surgery or unless you pay for another consult ($100 for the consult- It is credited towards your surgery if you go with him). His prices are some of the highest in the area (trust me, I consulted with almost everyone); but his work is rumored to be great by everyone that knew of him. The staff was friendly at my 1st meeting. However, once I put down my deposit I then had a series of incidents of getting someone to follow up with me on questions and concerns. I also experienced booking challenges (e.g. I was scheduled for one location but was sent electronic reminders to go to their alternate site or vice versa). I finally reached out to the Administration Manager to express my concern and she was really receptive. She looked into my issues and after validating my experiences she then vocalized a determination to fix the issues that I'd experienced. I can't speak to my results so I will edit this review later when I have more to share, but Dr. Agullo was very personable. Just know that most of your time will be spent with his staff, not him. I do wish he would've recommended some options to me based on my body type. However, he showed determination to give me what I wanted I just needed to show him (via photos) or express it. Unfortunately, for me, I don't know if what I wanted was right for my body type. But time will tell and I will update this post accordingly. If my final results come out as I hope, I will definitely increase my rating b/c to me the issues will be worth it; If not, trust and believe my rating will go down. To save and pay such a large sum and deal with administration issues that I have and "still" walk away with unexpected results deserves a rating that aligns with a dissatisfactory experience. I will always try to be fair and honest to help others.

In only 5 days post op, but thus far everything he has said was completely accurate. He has more experience than any other doctor in EP, and it shows. His office staff is a bit quiet, not as outgoing, but he makes up for it. Hmmm...so then I didnt have to get geneo facial just to get extractions yet when I called to book, and said I wanted extractions they automatically scheduled me for the geneo which doesn't include that service. Yeah, makes no sense. I guess ask more questions because if something is broken they'll simply say that its not included in what you purchased and it was included last time because you were lucky. Definitely not coming back. Live really close by so that's unfortunate but luckily lots of other spas are opening up soon.

She was always very professional and knowledgeable of the services provided as I was a newcomer to the world of injectables. After 5 years of being a patient there, I was preparing for my wedding (6 months out) and I decided to schedule a procedure that would consist of a series of 6 consecutive appointments and would cost around $1,800.00. I committed to it and paid the money up front. I attended one appointment, but unfortunately, for the second appointment, I was moved to another location without notification from the staff and missed the appointment. I travel 50 miles for these appointments and take PTO or vacation time from my job to be able to make these appointments every week. Needless to say, I was less than pleased. After that, I requested to cancel the remaining five scheduled appointments and requested a refund of my money with exception of the cost for the first appointment which I had attended. I was told that a refund would be credited to my credit card of approximately $1,500.00 and it would take a couple of weeks to process. Upon waiting several weeks for my refund, I began calling the office several times per to follow up. I was told twice by staff members that the refund would be by check and that the "check was in the mail" (Erik and Crystal). This all occurred in May of last year (2022) and to date, I have yet to receive a refund. Sadly, the office manager never returned my calls. Having been an office manager myself for law offices and superintendent of schools offices, I was very displeased at the lack of professionalism here. This facility makes millions of dollars per year doing much more invasive procedures such as breast implants, butt implants, full face lifts, mommy make-overs, etc. Why is is so important to them to keep my little $1,500? Its chump change to them, but to me it's a big cost. Apparently, the office manager did agree to give me a credit there but the point was that I could no longer make the trips to El Paso for any service. A credit to my patient account does me no good.

He too is a humanitarian and very mindful of the gift he possesses. A son of mine plays soccer and due to his activities he broke his nose. The injury was such that it created great difficulty with his breathing. The need for a specialized hand to do both repair and make him look good was high. He still pays soccer in college. It was a difficult decision to do, specifically because he continues to play competitively. The risk of re-injury is always looming. Having said this, his nose is perfect. He can breath. He can compete at a high level and did I mention he looks way better. His septum is in line. Now he still must alway be extremely mindful of the heavy competition at the collegiate level. These kids and skilled men play extremely rough; nevertheless, allow me to mention, if we had to do the rhinoplasty again there is no doubt who we would recommend.
