I ordered a George's Best Gyro and loaded fries. Both were good. The gyro had a decent amount of meat, and hits the spot if you're craving gyros! I would definitely order it again! The loaded fries were good, but not worth the $10 price for the portion received. Service was friendly and the shop is cute, especially at night!! read more

An Iowa City institution in my opinion. The grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas are good. Don't expect your grilled cheese meal to be cheap, though. (But what is is cheap these days?) For how convenient Marco's is, I recommend it! The food is good but not great, but with a low price point and super fast service I am pleased. read more

Great grilled cheese I had the chance to try at a recent Yelp event. The two guys running the booth were pretty personable, and they engaged in some friendly conversation while I was ordering. Definitely not going to mind good customer service. The grilled cheese sandwich itself was good. The first one I had was a little overcooked, but the second was about perfect. The cheese was plentiful (maaaybe could have used a bit more?), and it was cooked through to perfection. Served straight off the grill to the point where you might want to let it cool about 30 seconds before the first bite. The luscious cheese pretty much melts in your mouth - plus it's neat to see the guys make the sandwich right in front of you. Probably not the *best* grilled cheese I've ever had (I had this sober which I'm unsure most of the reviewers have? Haha.), but it's definitely very very good stuff. Would definitely hit it up if I ran across their truck again. Prices are great too. read more

I just ordered take out from here using Ubereats and lemme tell... changed my life. I've been CRAVING authentic street tacos for MONTHS and so I ordered some from here. Amazing. Other worldly.
