Only negative is that when I made the appointment, the customer service representative advised buying the gasket from a third party, but then the technician and his supervisor said it could not be installed successfully. They should coordinate with the people making appointments on this issue. Not cheap, but quality work, which is more important.

Alex came out, diagnosed the problem, and found that the control board needed to be replaced. He ordered/replaced the control board, completed the repair professionally, and got my oven working properly again. Six months later, the oven is still working great with no problems.
