The refund was the correct action for the company to take, but I would have ben happier to have received the product that I ordered. I place an on line order for 3 sheets of 3/8" x 2' x4' plywood. The package arrived quickly, but they shipped the wrong product. I received 10mm x 2'x4' sheets. They are actually .470" almost 1/2". The shipping label has my correct order on it, but each sheet is clearly marked 10mm. I have sent several emails asking how they will resolve the issue and always get the same answer "we're looking in to it". I did not order 10mm thick boards, I ordered 3/8" and now I'm stuck with product I do not need.

When we walked in immediately we were greeted by Roger who was very hospitable and friendly. Roger was knowledgeable about all his products and knew exactly which grill I needed. Although I was seeking to just get information about my replacement, I ended up purchasing the grill I needed plus some other accessories. The grills are well built and durable. As said earlier my old one was about 14 years old and I cook for a large family on 3-4 times a week. Really happy with the grills and also the great service that was provided. Companies being purchased by larger companies - don't trust them. They are stuck with their…read more"policies" and cannot be trusted to work with people and then take advantage of you. Truly disappointing service. We were in need of a new bbq grill by July 4th and we were told they would place the order as soon as they received the approved quote (Steve). In return, the Association I am a Board member on agreed to pay an invoice immediately and get the check to them, in full, soonest possible. We delivered the check and I received a text informing me they were just placing the order (June 29th, 5 days before July 4th). When I told them what Steve told me, they apologized for his miscommunication and said they cannot do that... but they were happy to get full payment. The worst part about their policies, and banks will confirm, a Homeowner's Association has basic, guaranteed funds as the Florida statute requires owners to pay their assessments... we receive some of the best bank loans, if ever needed...
