One of my friends went and check it out for me but couldn't find the issue. I didn't know of anyone else to trust and be honest to diagnose it. I looked up for appliance repairs and Mr. Guzman popped up. Reading upon their reviews had me double thinking but I risked it. Elias answered my called and he was able to come the same day. He came at 6:30pm. I was amazed that he was able to come that late. He was the most honest man. He right away knew what was wrong with it. He showed me the parts it needed and how much were they. He ordered the parts and told me he'll be ready to come fix it the next day. Due to my work schedule I was only available at 7pm. He didn't mind it. He charged me to go check it out and that went towards the whole fee. The next day he showed up on time and was able to fix it in 30-40 mins. I really appreciated him coming late. We were supposed to get a call back a day later and we called back three days later and they ask us to wait another two days before we could find out what was wrong. (THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING) ... we finally got a quote and said yes. Well we get another call back on the same day and they explain, how something else needs to be fixed and give you an additional quote and ask us for another 3 days for it to be fixed. Then another week and finally ask for an additional 3 days? (WTF?) Another WEEK goes by and they kept having us adding the price to the "small fix" we had call for in the first place. Not only they'd took so long to let us know what was wrong but they took longer to fix the problem. 3 weeks to say if our product can finally be repaired is the most unprofessional and absurd business. So we finally give up on our "expensive fix". You know what this "professional business people" did? They came within HOURS! the same day we called to pick up the remainder parts we don't need anymore. But we can't get an estimate AND SERVICE in one week? I tried a few things including: holding the button to reset it, unplugging to reset it and switching out the water inlet valve (a tip from my searches). But no luck. Jose showed up and was able to reset it in a few seconds. It was like magic to me. He recommended I change the suspension sometime in the near future since he could hear it was needing it. My bosch dishwasher decided to stop working mid-cycle and after some basic troubleshooting, I…read morerealized I had no idea what i was doing. Pure Appliance Repair to the rescue! They were able to send someone out that afternoon. Armen was great -- he was patient and checked a bunch of things. Unfortunately it turned out to be the control board. He took it out, cleaned it, and found the issue with the board. To save me some money and time, he attempted to repair the board directly, busting out his soldering iron and components. Unfortunately it didnt work. He ended up ordering the part for me, even finding a vendor with the lowest price and kept me up-to-date on when he'd be receiving it. He was able to come back the next week and put in the new board in a few minutes. He tested it, and everything looked good! I no longer have a sink full of dishes to do by hand!
