I originally called the previous company he worked for (starts with M like a famous inland sea or a diet) and their soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. I own a retail business in Glendale and today I opened up the store and found that the front ac unit was not operating. This unit cools the part of the store with a total window front, and the inside temperature was 88 and rising as the heat streamed in through all those windows. Man, what can I say about Nshan. On two occasions, I've had emergency hvac issues that required immediate attention on sweltering summer days. The first time I had an issue with the hvac system, I called at least a dozen companies on a Sunday afternoon, none of which cared about the urgency of the situation. Enter Guarantee and Nshan. He dropped everything and rushed over to figure out the issue. Once here, he was thorough in explaining the issue to me and offering different solutions. He was patient walking me through all the different questions I had. I've had these guys do work for me on two occasions, and I have to say both times I've been extremely satisfied. I do a lot research and need to trust the people that I hire to do work for me.
