Very unprofessional. I called because my stove display stopped working. He didn't show when he said he would. I had to keep calling to see if he was going to come, and he kept pushing the time out. When he did show, I was at work because it was not the agreed time, but I had someone let him in. He was there less than 5 min and said, "Your display is not working." I KNEW THAT! That's why I called! I called him back, and he said he had to go get the model number. I called again a few days after that to get a price, and he said he would find out and call me back. It is my belief that Mr G could of chosen to tell me, to replace my dryer motor, which would have realize more money for him. Instead, Mr. G did the opposite - did couple magic tweaks... to the motor and the dryer started right up . My cost was not even near a $100.
