They refused to bring in the replacement refrigerator after emailing us saying they would. It was later discovered it was totally their mistake. The owner never called us to apologize. We were never offered anything for our troubles and inconvenience. We have purchased many items from this company in the past and have recommended them to many people. We will never use this company again after the way we were treated. We did finally get our refrigerator replaced after the long nightmare, but unfortunately the replacement is also damaged. I just remodeled my kitchen and purchased all the appliances from them after comparing what I wanted with Scott Appliance and the well known national chains. Scott's had the best deal. Then they held appliances for over two months due to my contractor delays at no charge. Mark Scott delivered and installed. There were still cabinet construction problems. He fixed them at no additional cost. They are all very helpful and look after their customers. Btw, found out Mark used to build custom cabinets and really knew what to do to correct the installation problems.

Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.
