Trying to reach the pharmacy by phone is essentially impossible. I recently spent nearly three hours trying to get through, and my doctor's office gave up after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. I understand pharmacies are busy, but this level of service is simply unacceptable. If you rely on timely prescriptions or need to speak with a pharmacist, I would strongly recommend using another location.

If a medication is not immediately available, you are told to call every day to check if it is in stock - sometimes even multiple times per day - or to come in person. When you call, the phone system repeatedly says "Pharmacy - please hold." I have waited over 11 minutes on hold, only for the call to be disconnected. This has happened more than once. Please do yourself a favor - and pick up your medications in a different pharmacy! Coz this one - will screw you over... sadly.. Amen!
