You know, all rugged and stuff. The store is really clean and smells like fresh rubber and lawn clippings. Or that could be just a really specific glade plug-in. The guys are really knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable, and they follow up great with appointments. Initially my mower wouldn't start so they were going to come by and get it, but the other day it just magically came back to life. Probably user error, but I'm happy it's back.
