We bought a refrigerator and had AASAP Appliance install it. This was the first time that we used AASAP. We were very happy with the service we received from two of AASAP'S employees, Ray & Dave. They were very professional, knowledgeable and was very careful when installing the refrigerator not scratch anything. They called before they came and was very prompt. I also talked to Mandie, who does the scheduling for the delivery service and she was very pleasant & helpful. I would highly recommend AASAP for any installation. We will use them again. read more

Our refrigerator was leaking on top and my husband did a google search and found AASAP Appliance. James said he would be at our house by 8 AM and he didn't disappoint..he was there before 8! How many repairmen actually show up on time? He found the problem right away. He had to get the part and said he would be at our house the next day to fix and install the part. He went above and beyond and was able to come back that afternoon! We highly recommend AASAP Appliance. We will definitely call again! read more

Incredible service. My dishwasher would halt mid-cycle with a diagnostic indicating a failed drain pump motor. James came out to replace the motor, and found that a small piece of plastic had made its way past the filter and was lodged in the drain pump motor, keeping it from spinning correctly. He removed the piece of plastic, reassembled everything, and the tested the system for 30 minutes or so. He then only charged me the extremely reasonable base service charge. Probably saved me at least $300. read more

Our 20+ year old fridge was not cooling but freezer working fine. Researched internet for best reviews and found AASAP with 5 stars. Called them and they came on a Saturday and determined the fan failed. Ordered a replacement fan and searched for the best price and took advantage of discount due that I'm aa Veteran. Installation of replacement fan was quick. The friendliness of service men, quickness of repairs, searching best price of replacement fan earned AASAP a five star ratings from me. read more

Ray was our instillation tech. he was fantastic! Mandy did the scheduling of the instillation and she too was fantastic, Very quick response time. The company we purchased the appliances from was a nightmare. AASAP Appliance were the only ones involved that did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and went above and beyond. I will recommend them to everyone. We had a high efficiency washer that had coins rattling between the inner drums. Although he had never seen this problem before, he quickly determined how to accedd the coins and extract them. He had to order a new rib for the drum and installed it a couple days later. He only charged $40 for the first visit and the cost of the new rib. A bargai!! Keeping AASAP on my speed dial. read more

He told us the motherboard was shot and we were better off with a new fridge. $1700 later and a new refrigerator purchased elsewhere. We ordered the evaporator fan on Amazon for $15. They waived the gas detector around for 5 minutes and nothing. So while I had them, I asked for a quote for a tankless water heater to kill two birds and never got that. The BILL was $331!!!!!! I could have bought several gas detectors for that price. Not only that, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them several times (once on 12/24/25 and then again on 2/12/26) to verify they coded the bill right and they refused to return my call and just started jacking on service charges to the bills. The crappy thing is, I had to find this out on my own. The guys shut off the valve. Then never turned it back on. So when I went to turn it on, it flooded the valve box. Called that company and they advised it could've cracked due to another cause (but that's another review for later) getting no help from the egress contractor, I called TCI, they were busy, but said they could get out in two days, they were courteous, accommodating, did quality work, for a reasonable price. They were on time, diagnosed the issue straight away and completed the job quickly (2 hours) I got the bill about a month later. Very reasonable!! Would highly recommend!
