We went in for the first time a few weeks ago to get some new pillows and sheets and it looked a little worn with a lot less merchandise on the shelves. This store has always been a tight fit on the aisles with little room to turn around and it is still that way but there are some empty spaces on the shelves now. They have curbside pickup if you know what you want and don't want to go in. If you want to shop and compare items it may not be as enjoyable as it used to be.

The store manager is straight forward and blunt at times but with the way people are now a days, can you blame him? He's not rude or disrespectful, he just runs a tight ship and holds his crew to a higher expectation. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by one of the employees asking if I need help finding anything but not in the way they feel like they HAVE to ask but because they genuinely want to help. I saw a few comments from others saying that they are over priced and I would agree but being the only hardware store in a small town just around the corner gives you that advantage and to be fair, they've been there much longer than I can remember. So they are doing something right. I'd consider this store more of an emergency supply to small project store, if you use them as supplier for say, building an addition or even a full house that could be on the pricy side but they do deliver materials at an extremely competitive rate so remember, get a quote on lumber. if you don't like the price, don't be a Karen and try to ruin a local company just because you don't agree with small insignificant things that don't matter. now if the location was absolutely in need of repairs and cleaning I'd post that but just because you may not like how the crew is or the pricing, that is yours to deal with because like myself, and a lot of other locals, we appreciate our local businesses and they have proved that they deserve our Business.

After a recent storm, my dog became anxious and scratched three of the cushions pretty badly. I followed the process, contacted Guardsman, scheduled a service call--and then waited over 40 days just to be told the damage wasn't covered. Completely unacceptable. I reached back out to Jay at Havertys, who has been great throughout this, and I truly appreciate his effort to help. However, the resolution offered was insulting. Instead of repairing or replacing the damaged cushions--or standing behind the warranty I was sold--they refunded $280 and gave me a store gift certificate. I have zero interest in shopping at Havertys again, so that gift certificate is basically useless to me. You can't replace a $2,400 sectional with a $280 credit. For a single person on one income, that couch was a major investment, and I trusted that the warranty would protect it--especially for the exact situation they claimed it covered. If you're going to sell a warranty, then stand behind it. Don't mislead customers just to make an extra sale. I love my couch, but I will never do business with Havertys again. If I could give zero stars for service, I would.

I had a warranty from Guardsman that was still Current and they just refused to honor it. Havertys people fought for me and got a repair person to come out and fix it as it turned out. It was just aside that fell out of the track. He was here 10 minutes. It took him longer to drive here. Guardsman suck Havertys. People are wonderful and their furniture is excellent. I would buy from them again on anything I need. He use to smoke cigs like most asian people but ever since the whole e-cig trend came about a few years ago in china he switched over when all the other asian kids did (e-cigs started in china and came over to the US later). He had to refill his e-juice and he took me along here while we were doing errands. Plenty of parking (know where reangthai or whatever the thai restaurant is- same shopping complex/strip mall). 2. Small but clean and organized store. 3. Great customer service.
