Ordered a pizza online today and husband left to pick it up. Takes about 20 minutes to get there and usually ready. The pizza did not get ready until 45 minutes after husband got there. They had to ignore him for at least 30 minutes because it does not take more than 15 minutes to make the pizza. I ordered my pizza on a Thursday night. I ordered a Philly pizza which is something I have never tried but always wanted to. I place my order online and proceeded to marcos to pick it up. The restaurant was small and pretty messy. There was a young lady standing off to the side of the counter fulfilling orders. My pizza was so delicious and prepared well. I don't eat pork so I was a bit disappointed to see bacon bits and a piece of pepperoni in my pizza box. Overall the pizza was delicious and worth the price I just feel like they need to work on cleanliness. read more

So I have given this place multiple tries before posting this since I love their pizza in Ohio but this place sucks! My pizzas came 25 min. Late and burnt. Sorry, you lost my business. Marcos manager did call me today and apologized, offered free meal, I declined. I do not review for free food, I review so the managers are aware of how their business is ran when they are not there or busy. Update: we gave them another try, I called and spoke with the manager told her I would give it another try. I picked my order up this time and she personally showed me all my food before I walked out the door. My pizzas were amazing and cooked perfectly. Our favorite is the bbq chicken. Placed an order online using their website, should be easy to understand what I wanted, right? Ordered for 3 people, 3 different sandwiches. 2-6" subs and 1-12" sub. They wrapped the 2-6" subs in the same wrapper and didn't get the correct toppings on either one. Called the store to let them know and was confronted by rude customer service. The ticket had exactly what I wanted on the order and they got mad because they messed it up and was asked to remake one of the sandwiches. They even asked for the sandwiches back, proof that they messed up. When the wife picked up the sandwiches the second time, they argued with her about what toppings come on the sandwiches even when they had the ticket order in front of them. Blamed it on the 'new girl' in the kitchen. Lost my business for sure. read more

I'm from out of town... got in late and wanted something easy. Marco's gets five stars for being easy. I ordered, and it was delivered 22 minutes later. Unfortunately, the pie was pedestrian at best. I ordered a Pepperoni, which I think is a great measure of a pizza joint. The sauce was very plain... almost hard to describe cause it made no impression. We probably had 35% of the pizza covered with pepperoni which is waaaay too low. There was an appropriate amount of grease, but with so little pepperoni, I wondered where the grease came from. The thin crust was nice and crisp, so that was a plus. I gave the delivery a $5 tip for quick service and a promise that this was the best pizza in town. But I hope that was puffery... cause it just wasn't that good. The delivery and crust kept this above a two-star. read more

Horrible. My last experience at this Marco's was simply horrible. We ordered pizza, cheesy bread, and a 2-liter. The pizza is hard to screw up as we ordered pepperoni, however this pepperoni pizza was extremely dry. I have heard from a current employee that this store owner waters down the pizza sauce. Next thing is the cheesy bread, simply a mushy, stale, garlic drenched mess...unacceptable. The 2-liter was the only thing good about our order. I will not order from this location again until the current owners and their cheap money saving tactics are gone and the Marco's Pizza my family and I enjoy is returned. read more

For starters let me state, after reading clints reviews to clear the air, the store owner DOES NOT water down the sauce, I worked at the establishment for 6 months before started college and the owner is probably one of the few people in this town that runs their business with the customer in mind, I can't say the same for some of the staff but I would eat no where else what it comes to pizza subs wings and salads, and the salads are the best u will find in fast food hands Down.
