I was traveling on business with a colleague and asked her to pick out a good restaurant. She certainly did by selecting Bianca's. We arrived and were quickly seated. Daniel was our server and did a very good job. I started with the Caesar Salad followed by Eggplant Parmigiano. The food was plentiful and actually too much for one sitting. The venue itself was quite busy for a Tuesday night. I would say it was a shade towards upscale with most of the clientele in business casual attire. They seemed to have a very nice wine selection as well. For dessert, we ordered the Lemon Ripieno which was served inside a carved out lemon. Was in town for homecoming festivities. My friends and I had planned to do dinner together and this restaurant was suggested by friends who live in the area. I immediately loved the decor/the ambiance of the place. Very roomy, with a nice, relaxing lounge. There were eleven of us in our party. Though we did not have reservations, we were informed that we could be seated, but not until all of us arrived - which we did within 5 minutes of each other (were driving four different vehicles). When everyone was in place and we asked to be seated, we were then informed that there may be a problem seating all of us?!? Of course, we were a bit perplexed due to what we were told less than ten minutes earlier. We thought we would have to call the manager over, but another hostess asked us to give her a few minutes and she'd get us set up. Yay! Other then this little "fiasco," we had a great time. Our server was on point, and our food orders came in a timely manner. The complimentary bread and the dipping sauce was delish! A couple of us ordered the fried calamari for an appetizer, and there was also an order of stuffed mushrooms (which weren't a big hit). I ordered a side Caesar salad, along with the eggplant parmigiano which was delicious but not as "tender" as I would have expected. I basically had to use a steak knife to cut it, but other than that, it was tasty. :o) Others in our party ordered salmon, chicken parmigiana, lasagna, manicotti, and pepperoni pizza. Overall, we had an enjoyable dining experience; it was just really nice for us all to get together and share a meal in a nice restaurant. I will definitely plan to visit again when back in the area. This place is nothing short of amazing. We had reservations tonight (02/21/2025) for a party of 8. We have family that lives in the area and we were headed home after a week long trip to Disney World and decided to stop in to enjoy dinner with family. Although we were dressed like tacky florida tourists decked out in Disney gear, we were treated just as any guest as this place is fanccccyyyyy. We were seated right before our reservation and served waters and bread with fresh garlic in oil. The bread was amazing and the water was crisp. We ordered drinks and appetizers and a few minutes later we ordered our entrees. The drinks and appetizers took less than five minutes to get to our table, and our entrees appeared quickly after finishing the appetizers. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was genuinely the best pasta i have ever had in my entire life, and i have eaten a lot of pasta in my days. Chicken was perfect, the noodles were perfect and the alfredo sauce was incredible! The salmon was cooked to perfection and drizzled with a herbaceous lemon sauce that i can only describe as mouth watering. The side salad was great! Portions overall were perfect! Service was incredible. We left so happy, so full and so satisfied. We have already began talking about when we will be making the drive to come back. read more

My husband and I went to Bianca's last night with a reservation and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing service experience. After being seated, we waited about 20 minutes just to receive water. We were never told who our server was, never received silverware or bread, and had to ask for everything. At first we had about three different people stopping by instead of one assigned server, which made the experience feel very disorganized. This is one of the most expensive restaurants in our area, so you expect a certain level of service and attention. I've worked in restaurants for years and it takes a lot for me to bring a complaint to a manager, but I eventually did because it was clear we had fallen through the cracks. The manager acknowledged the issue, but nothing was really done to address it besides finally assigning us a server after we had already been there nearly an hour. He also never checked back in with us afterward, which was disappointing. Once we were finally assigned a server, he was great and very attentive. It seemed like there may have been a mix-up with seating assignments and we unfortunately got overlooked. The food itself was very good, which honestly made the experience more frustrating because the restaurant clearly has the potential to be great. One thing to note is that the portions are very small for the price. Entrées are $30+ and you're not getting a lot of food for that cost. The cocktails were also overpriced for what you receive. Drinks were $15+ and if you order something in a glass, it's filled less than halfway with no garnish at all. At that price point, you expect a more complete presentation. Overall, the food was good, but when you're spending that kind of money you expect the service, portions, and overall experience to match. read more

Excellent service. My wife and I ate here last night with my family and loved it. The owner was very polite and friendly. Also ever present around the dining room like he really loves his work. Fresh and flavorful food all around. From amazing scallops to thick, flaky Grouper, we can't wait to eat here again. The Seabass my sister got was a little rubbery in my opinion but she loved it! Reservations required. Monday night @ 1930hrs. Seated immediately. The ambience was on point. Real nice for date night. Soon after, we received water, also bread, with fresh garlic in oil. This was fantastic! The waiter was very pleasant. Each order came out as soon as it was put in. We got mozzarella sticks. Nothing fancy about those. Like the ones you get out the freezer section and fry 'em. We ordered Beef stroganoff and Pollo Marsala. I posted pics of the menu, so you can see how much these meals cost. Both meals were over priced in my opinion. But in a place like this, you're paying for more than the food. Beef Stroganoff: beef too tough. Overall bland. Pollo Marsala: Tiny portion of Angel Hair pasta with lots of meat. Ratio was just off to me. Overall salty. However, I'm glad I went. This restaurant serves some of the best food in the city. I've been here multiple times and have tried several of the items on the menu. Upon arriving you would think that you stepped into a restaurant located in a metropolitan city. It's cozy, they offer crafted drinks and the food never lets me down. It is consistently great! We came in as a walk in on a Friday night. It was busy but not crazy. we were told it would be a 5 minute wait. It ended up being more like 15 as the place got pretty busy moments after we walked in. That was really the only negative about our visit to Bianca's. It is definitely the best Italian food in the area. Quality you would get in Atlanta at a nice place. Service was fast and our server checked in on the regular. Pricing is also like Atlanta but you get what you pay for. Might to be a regular spot but we will be back for sure. read more

We tried this place when they first had a soft opening. It was small, not a feeling of intimacy and a limited menu selection. We made another visit today to see if anything has changed. We were pleasantly surprised. They have expanded the resteraunt to abou three times the size that it was. Very well decorated for a intimacy. The waiters are very quick, attentive and friendly. Best to make a reservation if you plan on eating here. Their were many specials available that were not on the menu. Such a variety of food and flavor. I typically love Bianca's but the past two times I have been, our waitress, Madison, has been HORRIBLE. The first time she waited on us was in the dining area. Messed up our order twice and could barely get her attention to have her fix her mistake. My husband and I came back two weeks later and decided to sit at the bar to ensure good service... we get this girl again. She was practically falling over herself, not sure if she was high or drunk or both, kept running to the end of the bar to flirt with her boyfriend, and still got my husbands drink order wrong. The eggplant parmigiana is a good as ever and I had the parmigiana Bella. We started with the pear salad and it is epic as always. The crème brûlée finished our meal and it was delicious as well. Worst customer service ever. Our server Randall didn't even introduce himself! He never asked about our food and was clueless! How about training your staff Bianca? Food was even worse. Bianca's pasta tasted awful; sweet marinara sauce and soft penne! Chicken piccata was too lemony and the side of angel pasta soft and mushy. Caesar salad was drenched in dressing and the romaine was soft. Only item that was tasty was the calamari. Do yourself a favor and reduce the number of items you offer. Less is more!!! Offering high quality and great tasting food as well as superior customer service ought to be your goal - not serving an abundance of meteocre dishes with second rate staff that don't give a dam about customer experience!! read more

Went out to dinner at Bianca's last night for my birthday. This is our second time there, the first being during their soft opening. Couple takeaways. The service was much better this time around, as you would expect it to be after working some kinks out. Our server John was on top of stuff and very professional, he knew the menu and made a few suggestions and described the specials perfectly. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday night, not so much when we got there at 6:00 but as the night went on. They served bread and a pesto/ Olive oil /seasoning serving which was really good! Didn't have that last time. My girlfriend had the scallops over angel hair with butter and garlic, I'm not a fan of scallops but it Looked very good. My last and finally two takeaways may not sit well with others but it's just my opinion. The serve John did a very good job of representing the Filet Mignon, however the result did not come when served. It was a fancy presentation with a hot skillet and steak still searing. I had asked for medium. While flavorful the steak has a very crusty char and almost rare/ blue rare center/ well outside. Inconsistently cooked. Now.. while very flavorful with a nice presentation.. and I could have asked as well, but the steak being market price didn't really even make me think. This Filet was $70. For honestly a $40 steak. My final takeaway. The owner. He seems to be very cordial with people he knows, seems to only go to tables of friends. it's not a very big establishment..if you're going to prance around the restaurant you should probably be sure to visit each table, I noticed this the first time in the restaurant too.. which during the soft opening you'd think a visit to each table would be a good time to thank people for coming in. All around it was good but pricey not sure if it's worth it, but I like to let people make their own opinion. I would like to try the pizza though. read more

My rating is based on the response or lack of response I received from Bianca's Restaurant. We ordered a pizza to carry out last night. To begin with the pizza was 14 inches was close to $26, extremely expensive for SW Georgia. Bianca's had posted a picture of their pizza on social media, ours looked nothing like this one. It was missing some of the ingredients, very skimpy on others. The sauce had a really good taste, but the top of the crust was close to burnt. Their reply was, sorry we are still new, hope you will continue to dine with us! I believe I would have a better job of explaining their mistake and would offer the purchaser a replacement pizza!
