Their food is always hot and fresh! Marcos is our go to pizza, wings and sandwiches. The employees are always nice and professional.

I order the BBQ chicken pizza with pineapples and banana peppers first 1 large pizza more like a med 28.dollars and some change then on top of that man on the phone wasn't the friendliest person it gets here about 40 mins and it was not good no BBQ sauce I could taste on it just bland and nasty not happy at all for the price to the size to taste if I could put -5 star thats what I would give never again will I order for him frozen pizza is much better and cheaper read more

I called and ordered a pizza and they told us how much it was. Got to the window and they had no clue where my pizza was. No one turned in my order. When I was at the window the phone was ringing multiple times and they let it ring. When my daughter ordered the pizza she was on hold for 15-20 minutes. I will never go there again but I won't break them but that will be money they won't make again. read more

Today I walked in the Angleton store and was given the worst of the worst service ever. 2/24/24 7:53pm I walked in the store preceded to walk to the get the 2liter soda I choose online to get. I walk to the front counter and waited patiently to be greeted has I wasn't walking in the the front. As I waited a customer walked up behind me but to the side and another female walked up and female shift lead/manager. The manager Shayla or Shiela ignored me and started to answer the customer behind me and give them their order. Still I waited the me acknowledge, but nothing. The female shift manger Shayla or Shiela fiddled around throw away some trash then walked to the back of the store to talk with another employee. Still I waited to be acknowledge but nothing. SHIFT MANAGER Shayla then walked up and came back to the counter to speak with the female employee I guess to get her lunch order or break together. I then asked was I going to be serviced. The SHIFT MANAGER Shayla or Shiela talk me I was rude to speak up about the poor service and ignorant behavior she has just given. SHIFT MANAGER Shayla or Shiela needs to go back to get some classes on professionalism and customer service. After about 5 to 10 minutes I was able to pay for my food all of $32.12. That's was sitting on the metal racks getting cold.(No phone called made to attempt to let the customer know their food was ready) The young lady SHIFT MANAGER Shayla or Shiela does not need to be running a store I mean the girl was about to cry because I said I was not acknowledged several times and she ignored me. Completely ignored the situation at hand and didn't even apologize for her poor action. And tried to flip the situation and cry. I did not use foul language or raise my tone of voice or anything in approximately in the manner. I will be write reaching out to the corporation about this. This is not the first time this has happened. PLEASE BE AWARE I GUESS SHE DOESN'T FEEL TO KIND TO BROWN PERSONS.(This should be on video recording and I hope the franchise owners review that footage. read more

Very unexpected!!!! My wife and I received a mail flyer with some coupons on it. So we figured we'd give them a try. When we arrived we were surprised to see a small dining area inside. So we figured we'd dine in and see how the service was. Spoiler alert!!! It was amazing!!! We were immediately greeted upon walking in and handed a small trifold menu to keep. There was also a large electronic menu behind the counter with an overwhelming amount of options. But don't worry if you're not sure what to get just ask. They were more than happy to make suggestions. We ordered the XL original crust pizza with old world pepperoni and Italian sausage, cheezy bread and cinnasquars. The Pizza was nothing short of delicious with the perfect amount of sauce and an abundant amount of toppings!!! In fact it was so good I only remember to snap a pic after we started eating lol. The cheezy bread was just as good and the cinnasquars were even better!!! The staff was extremely friendly and provided better service than some fancy Italian restaurants. How hard is it to read the order that says no onions? We payed big bucks for an order and they messed it up. The garden pizza had NO flavor whatsoever and I said NO onions but got extra. My husband used to work in college station and bragged about the pizza. Terrible pizza and service. read more
