This was my third time ordering from Marco's Pizza, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Each time I've ordered, something has been wrong -- the pizza arrives late, cold, and never prepared the way I requested. I specifically asked for my pizza to be cut into squares, and not once has that been done. What's most disappointing is that I've continued to give this location chances, even tipping generously (around $8 each time), hoping for better service. Instead, the experience has remained consistently poor. Tonight was especially frustrating. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes just to speak with a manager, calmly explained my concerns, and was met with a lack of professionalism -- the call was ended abruptly, which is completely unacceptable. I understand businesses can be short-staffed, but that does not excuse repeated mistakes, lack of attention to detail, or dismissive customer service. After multiple chances, it's clear why this location has low ratings. I wish I can give no star and a lot of these business need to get blocked through Brinks and keep these people off social media for the whole shift that they are working and I can get their business up in booming with a lazy trifling salves. The driver left our pizza sitting on the GROUND, next to the empty bench on the porch. No knock, no doorbell ring, no indication they arrived. If I wasn't sitting by the window and saw the car, I wouldn't have known the pizza was delivered. Wtf wants to eat pizza left on the ground? Nobody. I want my tip back. read more

Depending who answers the phone the customer service may be questionable, but never had any issue with rude service. If the pizza was made wrong (happened twice years ago!) they never hesitate to fix it. read more

It's just a little pizza joint, without any tables or anything like that. Just a few seats to wait for your order. I really love their "Big Square Deal." You get a pretty big (square) pizza for around 10 bucks, and it tastes good. The employees are always friendly and professional. One minor criticism: the last pizza had some of the sloppiest, random cutting I've ever seen. But not a big deal. We ate it all in spite of the random sized slices. :) read more

Marcos manager Very much so unprofessional...Food not as ordered, rude service. Asked me to come in even though i ordered delivery. Pizza was barely cut. Totally unsatisfied with this costumer service. I placed my order at 8:37 hour late... PERRY the "Manager" rude as ever. And had an attitude with me because I was unsatisfied when pizza was not cut. Terrible service! If you order online for delivery you very likely won't get your entire order. If you call to order or to fix a problem be ready to wait on hold for a long time (up to 20 minutes even), get hung up on several times before speaking with a live person (who usually has attitude issues). Service has gone down over the last few years. My order was an hour and 20 minutes late. I waited in the store for it. They need help coordinating. I ordered three pizzas. One was hot, two were cold. If the woman working the register had actually checked - two of my pizzas were probably done while I waited. There were 7 workers. I'll never order another thing from Marco's Pizza in Bedford, OH. Address: 24 Center Rd. Bedford, OH 44146 Yesterday, Wednesday, December 2, 2020 we ordered to pizza and wings, with a scheduled delivery of 8:19pm. I decided to call when the pizza hadn't arrived by 8:40pm. The young lady I spoke with was very rude and tells me my order is about to go out. At this point, I ask is it free? She tells me with an attitude, "I guess, and oh we don't have no sausage" (which I ordered on the pizza). After her attitude and not getting my order correct, I told them to just cancel the order and return my money. Cashier says fine then hangs up. At around 12:20am, my ring doorbell alerts me that someone is on my porch, they ring the doorbell and scurry away from my porch. Fearful, because my family are sleeping, I go to the door to see why there was someone ringing my doorbell in the middle of the night, when we have work and school in the morning. I find some asshole from Marco's thought it would be funny to deliver my order anyway. This is unacceptable behavior from a company that's in the business of customer service. I will never frequent this business again and I'll likely pay them a visit today, to find out who was bold enough to come ring my doorbell after midnight. ordered a pizza tonight 3/17/2023 at 8:24 pm and received an email that the pizza would be here by 8:54pm. the time is now 10:11 pm and still no pizza and I can't get anyone to answer the phone at this location. I have been calling since 9:30pm and I hold on until the machine hangs up on me. they didn't hesitate to take the payment but I have no food and can't even get a human. Normally I have a good experience with this location, but lately the service has been lacking. I've had multiple orders delivered and the order was incorrect, and now I'm being charged another delivery fee for an order they got wrong last night but was unable to replace until today. I've eaten Marco's pizza on and off for a few years now. It's very good pizza, it's the kinda of pizza you forget about and when you see one you want to try it again because you had a positive experience, very under the radar for this chain. I'm by a few where I live now and alway promise myself to get some but always delay. I called Marcos on center rd to order pizza since the Marcos on Turney was closed Saturday night. While I was on hold I pulled up to see an employee talking on her cell phone while I was on hold. When I walked in there were 2-3 employees sitting around. Two employees came from the back to help me. One asked to take my order but cld not put it in. He asked the employee that was on her phone to do it. So I take it that she runs that register. There was about 5 little pieces of chicken, they barely put ANY cheese on the salad and the salad didn't have any croutons! The lettuce did not look or taste fresh. A total waste of money.
