Their specialty pizzas are usually so good. 2 weeks ago I got a chicken ranch pizza and it was just to die for. Fridays are our pizza nights so I wanted a repeat of that pizza...no such luck. The pizza that came was dry, overcooked as a hockey puck. There was basically no cheese, most of the toppings were just missing and the chicken was weird little dry chicken crumbs. Mmmm..."chicken crumbs" amiright? One of the employees told us that because of soaring food costs they have had to make their pizzas a little skimpier (my word not hers, but let's not argue over semantics). First time with this pizza place. We ordered the large Mediterranean specialty. Including a balsamic drizzle. Online app said it would take an hour- it did. Probably the only complaint is a $4.00 delivery charge. We still tipped, I figured the driver wasn't getting this. $30.. for a large specialty delivered in an hour. read more

Not a fan, one bit. Visiting my brother from out of state. We ordered four pizzas and two were wrong. When I called to let them know, I was told that my pizza was how it came (bbq on a Hawaiian ). I turn to my husband and say "she says it comes with the bbq but who would decide bbq is good with tomato sauce??" To which she replied (assuming I was talking to her) "I don't make the menu ma'am". Wtf is that response??? I tell her "oh, I'm sorry I was talking to my husband". No where on the menu does it state that, the picture shows no bbq, but I attempted to eat it. Just as gross as you thought. I called to talk to a manager and got disconnected. Call back to the first person who now admits that the person making it thought it was a Caribbean when they were busy and added bbq to it. So great, they lied when I called the first time. I asked for a refund of the pizza or a new pizza sent out because this was gross. She offered me 10% off or a replaced pizza. I said, you are giving me 10% back for an item I can't eat and not what I paid for. No, send me a new one. Then she needed to confirm the order and told me they would need to take the old one back. I said, they can have what is left since the previous call told me it was right and I ate a piece attempted to give it a chance since I was STARVING after a 90 minute wait. Thoroughly disappointed in this entire interaction. Wrong food sent, lied to, an attitude to replace what I actually paid for. Terrible customer service. The other pizza that was wrong they offered a "credit" for a small for next time, and I had zero confidence that was going to happen and told my brother to save the receipt. This is our second time ordering from here. Both times have been good. Wednesday is .50 cent wing night with a purchase of any size pizza. We decided on the Bacon Chicken Ranch pizza and we each got wings. I got the Garlic Parm and hubby got the Jerk. The pizza was delicious, the sauce had a slight kick to it but nothing super spicy. Since it was just the 2 of us we ordered a small. The Garlic Parm wings were delicious just like the 1st I ordered them, the jerk wings were good, but there wasn't a lot of seasoning on them and since it's a dry rub they were more like naked wings than jerk wings. The wing quality was good just a little lacking on the seasoning. They have specials every day Monday - Thursday. They have a ton of specialty pizzas all of which are available in a Vegan version if you want. Overall Everything has been fabulous both the 1st and 2nd visit! read more

False advertisement! They advertise $ .50 wings with the purchase of any size pizza on Sundays right on their website. There is nothing indicating that it's only during certain times and/or events. They refused to honor their online price. I asked to speak to the manager and was told "she's out driving today." I showed the girl the website and she said "obviously the owner didn't proofread the advertisement on the website" and "it's not my fault." I explained that I wasn't blaming her and that's why I asked to speak to a manager. Instead she continued blowing off my request and became very rude. Seriously?! Then my total on one receipt is different from my total charge because I used a credit card to pay for the order. I was charged a fee that I was not informed about!! Overall poor customer service and high prices. Medium pizza and 20 wings cost me $49! read more

First thing you notice when you walk in is that it smells gross. Like a gas station convenience store, there is a chemical smell that I recognize from places that do not prepare food. I was working nearby and stopped here because it was close to where I was working, this is Little Caesar's-level bad, one of the worst pizzas I've experienced, cheap cheese, syrup-sweet sauce, hard NO. Pizza is pretty good taste like a cross between angelos in lakewood and a better pizza hut pizza. Wings were good bbq sauce i had better but still not bad cooked very well like I would a sports bar. We found Primoz when looking for a local pizza place that offered vegan options. Our favorite vegan pizza place doesn't deliver and this did so we gave it a try. The pizza was decent, not out of this world but it's hard to find vegan pizza so it became our go to place. After ordering a few times and having them deliver, today the lady on the phone said they don't deliver to us and didn't seem apologetic even when explained we just recently had them deliver to us (and tip generously). I guess if we have to pick up we'll go to the better pizza place and Primoz lost a customer. read more

Very good pizza. Smelled delicious and was amazing piping hot when it was delivered. Would be 5 stars if it reheated as well as it tasted the night it was delivered. Have to try another type of crust next time I order. read more

I want to start by saying the pizza is actually really good. The customer service however (parma) is absolutely the worst I have ever come across. I will NEVER order from here again. There were two hairs in my pizza and they told me that no one works there with long hair so it could not have been them, then when i asked for a manager he told me to email primoz pizza and see if I get a reply, and hung up on me. I called The W. 117th St. location to see if they could help me and the guy who answered the phone was totally respectful polite and super helpful. He got me a refund and took care of it for me. I read other reviews that seemed to have the same problem, so I'm guess they need to completely restaff because this is seriously wrong. read more

"Just go somewhere else" is what I was told from the unprofessional and out-right disrespectful employees at Primoz (on Pleasant Valley in Parma) this evening. After waiting the 35 minute pickup time, I waited another 25 minutes in their lobby with a hungry kid asking me over and over how much longer. The apparent manager (didn't even realize she was manager at first...thought just answered phones) could use some basic customer service training. She spent 10 minutes trying to find someone's order on the computer while completely ignoring myself and another customer who were clearly there for a pickup. Then, had to spell my simple last name, three times and tell her my order twice. Had to repeat again for the kitchen, too. At twenty minutes of waiting, I asked if I could just have what was ready...but kitchen yelled that the last item had only 4 more minutes. After 25 minutes, I asked the guy boxing pizzas if the owner was around and he said that I could try email and see if reply. He then finally gave me my order. That's when someone from kitchen asked what my problem was and said I should just go somewhere else. What's my problem?
