After spending two full days last year cooking and preparing a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, we decided we weren't going to repeat that marathon effort this time around. Instead, we opted for something simple and fun: pizza. Marco's, thankfully, was open on Thanksgiving Day, and with a promised delivery time of just 30 minutes, we were genuinely excited to skip the stress and still enjoy a feast. Soon enough, six steaming pies and six boxes of wings arrived at the door, all hot, fragrant, and delicious. The spread felt festive in its own way, even without turkey and stuffing. I sampled a few of the boneless chicken bites, then happily demolished a generous portion of the BBQ chicken pizza before moving on to a slice of the margherita. Both were fabulous. The crust was a little doughier and thicker than what I usually prefer, but the flavor was solid and satisfying. All in all, it was good pizza, and far easier than wrestling with a turkey for hours. So.... The pizzas we got (3 arrived, 4 were ordered) were tasty, but 2 of them had absolutely no toppings. Apparently, it was a problem with the Door Dash app that deleted all of the toppings....?? Someone (the Door Dasher) called to clarify the order, and the Marco's employee said the manager told them to fill the order EXACTLY as it was submitted by Door Dash-- even though it made absolutely no sense. (An "all meat" pizza with no meat, 3 out of 4 pizzas actually made and delivered, and still charged full price for 4 pizzas ordered). Probably won't risk ordering from them again, even though the pizza that was made right was quite good. $120 for 1 out of 4 pizzas made right, or made at all, is a little steep-- even in NWA. read more

I hate to say it, but I can no longer recommend this location. I used to give them rave reviews but in the last year or so my opinion of them has plummeted. The food has become just ok and the service is HORRIBLE. I had an order delivered a few months ago and they left It on my porch. Did not knock or ring my bell. After waiting a LONG time I peeked outside to see if I could see them coming and saw it in my step! Next time I said I'd give them a chance ( they had a good deal on?) I placed an order and it left the restaurant and over an hour later still had not arrived. I live MAX 15 minutes from the location. Even with another stop, it should have been there. When it finally showed, it was ice cold and I had to heat it up. Called the store and the manager was nasty about and and never apologized. To his credit, the GM I spoke to the next week was VERY apologetic and offered a credit if we'd give them another chance. This past week I tried again. Ordered a pizza ", bread and a sub. The sub was really only so I was over the credit and could add a tip for the driver. They showed up with JUST the sub. Finally got my pizza 1:45 minutes later. HORRIBLE!! I placed a delivery order for 2 large pizzas- one cheese, one pepperoni at 5:35p from the Marcos App. I received a confirmation email that gave an ETA of 6:30p delivery time. Along the way, I received email updates and at 6:19p, I received an email stating that the order is "ready". We waited, and when 6:30p had come and gone, finally at 6:48p, I called the store and was immediately placed on an 11 minute hold. I hung up and called back, and again was immediately placed on another hold, so I hung up and called a 3rd time at 7:01p when I pleaded with the worker to not to put me on hold. At this time, my order had been "ready" for 40 minutes! I told him that my order was done at 6:19p and asked if there was a mistake and maybe it was sitting in the store and not out for delivery (at this point, I would have picked it up myself). He said that it was out for delivery at that time and it should be here soon. Immediately after I hung up the phone, I received a text from DoorDash saying that the delivery driver was at the store. I never used DoorDash or contacted them as I ordered directly through the Marcos app, so I was super confused. I don't even know how DoorDash received my contact information! At 7:17p, I received a call from a DoorDash person saying that she doesn't have my order info within DoorDash. I explained that I never ordered through DoorDash and don't even know how they got involved. She was just as confused as me and said she would call DoorDash to see what she should do. Then I received another text at 7:22p stating "Your Dasher has picked up your order! The order should arrive at 7:48p". As a reminder, I ordered the food at 5:35p, received an email at 6:19p that it was "ready", and now I'm being told that I will receive it at 7:48p?? Over 2 HOURS from order time, and nearly 1.5 hours after it was "ready" from the store?? The door dasher arrived to my house with the delivery at 7:38p and, no surprise, THE PIZZA WAS COLD and looked terrible...like it has been sitting for 1.5 hours!!!! The door dasher was very confused about the entire situation as well. I mean, at LEAST they could have made me a fresh pizza after they realized their mistake! I have NEVER in all my years, had as awful of an experience as this was!! I will give negative reviews on all platforms that I can, because this was a terrible product, terrible quality, and terrible service on all fronts. I will also make sure to never give my money to any Marcos Pizzas again. So many chances given to this place and they just continue to disappoint my family. Received a mailer with a coupon code TODAY. Tried to use it online and it threw an error code. It said to call the store. So far, not even a tiny hit upset because stuff happens. THEN... Called the store and when the gal answered she was talking over me when I tried to explain what happened and then proceeded to tell me that the advertised $9.99 pizza was going to cost me $12.99 because I wanted to add a topping. I asked her why the price was so much higher for one topping and she sighed and said the pizza is $10.99 then two dollars for the extra. I asked her to use the coupon code and she said it was throwing an error. After I again explained that it was doing that to me online, she said "geez, it's only a dollar. We moved to the Bentonville area 8 years ago and never had Marcos before. It quickly became our go to pizza delivery. BUT...over the last year or so the Centerton / Bville location has gone downhill. So greasy and I think they are understaffed as it takes forever for delivery which in turn, cold pizza! I hope this place turns around but for now we are done. Bummer read more

We ordered delivery from Marcos. Ordering is easy- they have an online system and also free delivery to my house through Bite Squad. We chose a direct order. We grabbed two specialty pizzas - all meat and a chicken Florentine. Delivery was quick, friendly and the pizza was hot. Meat pizza: that is a lot of meat! The sauce ratio was good and I like the chewy crust. I was most impressed with the sauce- just a perfect red sauce. Chicken Florentine: a lot of toppings. The toppings and cheese were good- my only complaint was that it was just bland. Either the sauce didn't have a taste or there wasn't enough of it. read more

Late summer I went to Marco's for the first time. Ordered 2 pizza bowls for take out. The girl who took my order went back and told the guy who started my order that she would do it. What we got when I went home was a thin layer of cheese with a couple pieces of toppings boiled in water. NOT WORTH IT! I decided never to go back. A friend recently got a pizza bowl and I asked to see it. It was half full of cheese, sauce and toppings and smelled wonderful. Why did Makala single me out for what I assume is a prank. So, I wrote in with my complaint. Today I recieved ia phone call from the manager. Polite and apologized, offer a ten dollar credit for 2 ruined pizza bowls. Good pizza and they deliver. Their website makes it easy to order & pay on-line. The estimated delivery time was an hour but the pizza arrived less than 40 min. Trying to eat healthy, I ordered a chef salad that I planned to eat most of while my friend chowed down on the pizza. I wasn't impressed with the salad. It had julienne-type cut ham, and turkey. The provolone was also this way rather than shredded. No croutons like I ordered & the mushrooms were from a jar- not fresh. Dressing was from a packet. Came here for dinner one night and really liked it. It's a good local pizza restaurant. They have dine in, take out, and delivery. We dined it. My husband and I split a 8 slice pizza - one half Pepperoni Magnifico and the other half veggie. I ate the veggie half and it was very yummy! My husband enjoyed his half as well. I've ordered here three times, getting something different each time. The delivery time is very good, but I do live right up the street. The subs are decent but not full of meat like they should be for east coast prices. The chicken dippers are my favorite here but for some reason they can't put buffalo sauce on them for you? This pizza's good ya'll -- trust that. The cheese is much different than regular old mozzarella you'll find on most other pizzas. It's a blend that is ooey-gooey and absolutely phenomenal. The ingredients are quality and fresh and as a result, have a very robust, savory flavor. The variety of toppings are plentiful and many of their specialties are deliciously crafted. This is one of the few pizza places around here that I like. After having been raised and spoiled by real Italians that knew how to make some amazing pizza...it was hard to find decent pizza. The only negative with Marcos is they chose to go with canned mushrooms over fresh. I understand that canned are probably cheaper, but when Pizza Hut can use fresh mushrooms and you can't...that's not a good sign. Great Low Carb option with their Meatball bake. Website ordering is easy and allows for sorts of customization. They also have many salad options with or without meat. We tried the meatball bake with added "old world style pepperoni" and red onions and it was delicious. We also had the Greek salad. This place has terrible employees that don't keep their promises as they explicitly say they do. They also have roaches and rats in the back, very unsanitary. Ordered pizza online via their website which was nice. No hassle, get what you want and delivered within 30 minutes as well as some online deals which can give you nice discounts. The pizza has dough made fresh daily; a proprietary sauce recipe that blends imported spices and three types of vine-ripened tomatoes; and an exclusive blend of three fresh cheeses (never frozen, unlike many pizza chains). We had a ham, beef and mushroom pizza. Good stuff and arrived hot. Their menu also has fresh baked subs, wings and chicken, meatballs and sausage platters, salads and CinnaSquares for dessert.
