We love this place and eat here every time we visit Rogers, AR. We had an early dinner on Valentine's day (which is also our anniversary). Shared a Caesar Salad, the Florentino Pasta, and a Cannoli for dessert. So good! The lemon-butter sauce on the pasta is fresh and delish. The wonderful bread garlic knots served with the meal are perfect for mopping up every delicious drop. This place is fine. We went with a big group for a friend's birthday and they were able to accommodate the size of our party well. The wine and the food were decent, the lighting was a bit on the dark side during our evening visit. I would say my biggest critique is that our orders seemed to take quite a long time, as did getting our checks at the end. We had great food here and our waitress was very kind. They make homemade bread that is excellent and fluffy. I had the sampler and my husband had alfredo. Both were very good. 5/2/2026 Food was adequate service was good; I ordered an appetizer, Fried Cheese Ravioli (aprox5) @ $13.99 it came out with a small cup of Mariana sauce, Mariana only lasted for about 2 fried Ravioli, asked for more Mariana and I was told it was extra charge, so my appetizer with the extra order of Mariana was $1.99, so my cost of this appetizer was $16.00, almost a price of a meal. So here is the kicker they bring a basket of bread and a very small bowl of olive oil, only lasted for about one bread loaf, asked for more oil and I was told it would cost me, okay, the price for the oil was $3.00, so if you eat more than a small loaf then you are paying for the bread that is supposed to come with your meal, Now I know why Pastafina is always booked, we were wanting Italian food, will not be going back to Napoli's as a backup will be looking for a new location. What a pleasant surprise tonight. We expected the commonly found local Italian place that is better than a chain restaurant but sorta bland, and predictable. WRONG. Napoli is a well-appointed place that is still comfortable, not stuffy. Pretty interior, well spaced and handles crowds extremely well. And the place should be crowded. Creative dishes, well prepared, generous servings and totally reasonable prices. Our likes: cocktails were above average. A pretty decent old fashioned. Garlic rolls could be more garlicky but the dipping olive oil was solid. Recommend adding the stuffed mushroom app--plenty of crab and a great sauce perfect for more bread dipping Entrees impressive. Vivo Italia had just enough rigatoni but then a very full serving of chicken, sausage and mushrooms. Sauce was tasty not too heavy. My spouses baked spinach ravioli got a big thumbs up. Decided to give their sit-down dining a go.......was defintely worth it. When you walk in the door, you can smell all the wonderful goodness of what you are about to be served. Our server, Linda, was definitely on it......anytime my water glass got low, she would take it and refill it away from the table. Little details like this are what differentiate a good restaurant from a great restaurant. Food-wise, you better be hungry when you get here.....the meal started out with bread and olive oil, which was nothing short of fantastic. My mistake was I should have slowed down on the bread.....we decided to try the deep fried ravioli, which was pretty darned excellent. Main course was up next.....my wife had the lasagna, and I had the sausage pepper parmigana. I was surprised with how disappointing this restaurant was. We waited at least 5 min before we even seen a hostess to seat us at a unbusy hour of the day. I think we were finally noticed and seated by the manager. The food was awfully disappointing as it was mostly grease. As you can probably see from the picture. We go there at least 2- 3 times a month. It is ALWAYS good! Consistent & delicious! The owner always asks us how things are.

Been here 4-5 more times and each time I come I am a little more disappointed. On this trip we were seated quickly but the restaurant was fairly empty at dinner time. I ordered lasagna and Caesar salad. I have had the Lasagna before I really liked it. Not sure where the Caesar dressing came from but never had one like this, it was not very good and the salad must have had 25-35 croutons. Not your classic Caesar for sure. The lasagna had a very sweet red sauce that was odd. There was so little meat I actually pulled the lasagna apart to find ground beef scattered very lightly around. Maybe a spoonful? I ate about half my food and stopped. My wife has the chicken piccata and tomato basil soup and enjoyed both. The service was odd at best. The server kept setting our drinks, food and bill on the opposite end of the table, I had to stand to reach these items. Twice she did reach across my wife to hand me something. I finally found what I've been missing all this time! Napoli's is the real deal in terms of pizza! It's made with fresh ingredients and has a real authentic taste to it. The mozzarella is tangy yet a bit salty. It's not what you'd get at your local Walmart. This mozzarella is quality stuff and their sauce is perfectly seasoned and light. We have always carried out so I can't speak on the restaurant itself, but it always looks clean and busy when I go to pick up. The staff is friendly an we are always greeted upon entering. We arrived with friends for an early seating on the covered patio at around 5:15PM. As the sun went down there was a light breeze and a lovely ambiance. Belinda was our waiter, who was gracious and gave perfect recommendations for each dietary restriction. Our table ordered the lasagna, Cesar salad, 18" margarita pizza, and the ziti pasta. All were perfectly prepared and top-notch, but the gold star--surprisingly--goes to their pizza! Generous in size, the cheese & toppings were fresh and the crust was fabulous! We sat at the bar on a soft Sunday evening. The bar maid (Kay) was very prompt with greeting us. Kay was attentive to 4 people at the bar, 2 tables and was responsible for making drinks for the entire restaurant. She did that!!! Kay was able to recommend her favorite meals. First visit to their new location. Great ambiance. The buildout looks really nice. We started off with the free bread and oil garlic basil sauce. The bread was really good. There was a little too much oil but that was easily remedied by pouring a little off. After that it was excellent. We both had a simple garden salad. I got the ranch dressing and my wife had the house Italian. Both were very good. My wife and I shared "Napoli's Special". It was very good. Noodles were slightly over cooked but we both prefer our noodles al dente as opposed to stracotto. The flavor was on point and even though we shared a plate, we had enough to take home. I ordered a double Knob Creek with coke from the bar and they made it perfectly. We finished it off with their Limoncello Mascarpone Cake. It was very fresh tasting and a great way to end our meal.
