I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I've ordered from this Marco's location many times before and have always picked up my order without any problems. This was my first delivery, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. The delivery arrived almost an hour later than the estimated time. About 30 minutes after it was already late, I called the store and was told the driver was on the way and that the pizza would still be hot. I live only about five minutes from the store, but when the order finally arrived, both pizzas were cold. The Triple Pepperoni Magnifico had so much grease that it was literally pouring out of the box; yes, before the box was even opened. To make matters worse, I paid a $6.99 delivery fee, and the driver then asked for a tip, adding another $6 to the cost. Paying nearly $13 in delivery-related charges for a late, cold order made the experience even more frustrating. Marco's has always been one of my regular pizza places, but after this delivery experience I'll be ordering elsewhere. In Cape Coral there are plenty of pizza options, and good customer service matters. I hope the store addresses its delivery service because the food has been good in the past. read more

Marco's is my "go-to" place for pizza; their Triple Pepperoni Magnifico is addictive to me and I order it all the time. Reason for 4 and not 5 stars: For the second time, my husband ordered one of their sandwiches. Cannot recommend their sandwiches; they do not toast the bread or caramelize the meats/cheeses in the pizza oven, so why bother? Marco's should stick to pizza and stop with the sandwiches, because they do not make them correctly. I will go to Pizza Hut for sandwiches. read more

My pizza came in about 25 min and was ordered after 10pm - not bad! Crust is soft and chewy with a great garlic parmesan flavor. Pepperoni pieces are small cups that are somewhat charred. That said, this was quite literally the greasiest pizza I've ever had. Not sure I loved that. read more

I loved Marco Pizza but not after last night I will never order again. My husband and father in law got food poisoning from a pizza we ordered which I get some times things happen. I called the manager, Katelyn, to explain what happened and she was so kind and helpful. She said she was going to give me a credit for the one pizza but wanted to the call the owners to see if she could get more because we were loyal customers. Well after she talked to them, the owners said no refund for anything. She was so apologetic and said she was sorry. We will NEVER order from them again which is sad because I loved their pizzas. Wonderful pizza! I heard they had great pizza so we decided to order. The girl who answered was busy (obviously it was dinner time) and put me on hold for a few minutes. She took my order and coupons from the mailed flyer, gave me my total and told me it would be an hour. I don't think it took an hour. The pizza was great! It tasted fresh, I LOVED the sauce, great crust and toppings. The sausage pieces were huge! We got a Caesar salad which was great. Also got hot chicken wings and they were great too! Marco's Pizza is worth the price of admission. We ordered an all meat pizza and substituted meatballs for ham on a large pizza pie. The meatballs were sliced and very large pieces. Pepperoni and Italian sausage were the other two toppings that I can remember at the moment. Marco's arrived when promised and the pie was still piping hot. Inside the box were two extra pizza sauce containers that I ordered. They were also hot being tucked against crust in box. The pizza had just enough sauce and all three meat toppings were surrounded by hot gooey melted cheese that brought this pizza to perfection in my opinion. Another thing I thought should be mentioned is Marco's Pizza recently updated their website. Now ordering pizza on site is a lot easier. I am sitting here right now waiting for my pizza. I had never been here so I decided to swing by, the "open" sign in the window was off so I drove up, it was open with a real estate lock box on the door handle. Not a good impression. Nice decor on the inside. Walk up to the front to wait a few minutes for someone to help me. It's completely empty. Nice girl walk up and asks for my order, I tell her about the "open" sign and say I've never been but wanted to try it out. Then I order the special they have on their digital screen. Very clearly says $7.99 for a large cheese one topping pizza. I get a large pizza with bacon. She says that will be $13.49. I said the special right there (pointing above her head) says $7.99. She gets another woman who comes out and waits for it to scroll and she says "no that's just for cheese" and I say "no, it says a large cheese, one topping pizza" then she fumbles and says "well that shouldn't even be up there. You can get a two topping for $8.99" so I agreed. Whatever I just want a pizza. For that "welcome" alone on MY FIRST visit I give it one star there are 100 other pizza places I can go to and recommend to anyone willing to listen. read more
