Marco's Pizza is a great pizza chain. Their quality is top quality for what it is. Everything there is fresh, never frozen. You can just taste how fresh and good the quality of their food is compared to the many other pizza chains out there. Most importantly their food is great. I have been ordering here ever since they have opened; my first order was in 2018 and I still order Marco's Pizza to this day on the year 2024. My family and I usually order at least two boxes of pizzas and the CheezyBread, on occasion we will order the Cinnamon dessert. Their pizza tastes so fresh and delicious. Also they do not skimp on the toppings too; I've noticed most pizza chains would just put around 1-2 TBSP of toppings on the entire pizza while Marco's Pizza would give the right amount of toppings and evenly distribute it. Their CheezyBread is one of the best breads you can buy at a pizza chain. Unfortunately I have to give Marco's Pizza 4 stars instead of 5 due to a few errors they have made with my past orders. I made an order today for delivery and I've waited an extra 40 minutes (keep in mind that it was not a big order; we ordered one XL pizza, one box of 10 pieces of wings, and a CheezyBread), usually I'm patient when it comes to food services but they also forgot to put pineapples on my pizza and they forgot the garlic sauce cups that I have requested, unfortunately those costs extra. Not only did I have to wait an extra 40 minutes for my food but they forgot one of the toppings on my pizza and the garlic sauce cups I've ordered. Keep in mind that I tipped them 20% just for them to be 40 minutes late, forgot one of my toppings on my pizza, and forgot the garlic sauce cups that I paid extra for. They also forgot my garlic sauce cups on a couple of my previous orders too unfortunately. Overall, Marco's Pizza is the best pizza chain around but they need to improve on remembering the orders and their delivery time. read more

So, in the time of Covid and businesses re-opening you would think that restaurants like Marco's would trying to do their best to compete for my business, well not here. I had a large pepperoni delivered for me and the kids for lunch and it was delivered on time and hot. The bad part was that the driver must have tilted the order and the pizza ran to one side. The kids were starving so we stretched the pizza back into shape, but it more resembled an exploded calzone than a slice of pizza. I called the store and the manager acted as if I was bothering him. I even offered to send him a picture, but he did not care. He told me that if I brought me pizza back that was delivered to me, I could wait, and he would make me another. I told him that I would post the picture on yelp and told me to go for it. I've gone to this place several times. I like the pizza bowls because you get all the goodness of a well-topped pizza without the carbs of the crust. The food is good. However on my last visit I had ordered two bowls, one for me and one for a friend. The bowls were similar, but not the same. When I got to my destination one of the bowls was wrong (it looked like they were both the same). I phoned them and they offered to re-make the bowl. I was not far away, so I told the to go ahead and I was on my way. When I got there the order was almost ready, but they re-made both bowls. The food is good, but the staff needs to learn to pay attention to details. If you order carryout check the order before leaving the store. Five stars for food. Two stars for service. read more

My family hit this place A LOT when it first opened, but are fading it more and more. Ordered online carryout this past weekend...the Marco's online special which my wife and I selected at the start of the order process (2 L for $18) somehow was suddenly unavailable at checkout...sauce cups we paid for were not included...one pizza appeared to have virtually no sauce even though we ordered extra sauce...and the people at the pick-up counter don't seem to care about the customers anymore...I used to pony up a couple of singles at the counter for each pizza at pick up, but stopped doing that as the counter people don't acknowledge with even a simple nod. I am not big on fast food type pizza, I much prefer an Italian pizzeria even if cost is much greater. I was intrigued by the bread less pizza bowls and so wife and I decided to try Marcos for the first time. I like the concept, but didn't like the Ragu type sauce. The meats seemed surprisingly fresh and cut well inside. Wife liked the chunks of sausage versus small bits. My bowl also had pepperonis, ham, and bacon. It needed more cheese and less of this thick sauce. I did ask wife to pickup a salad for me also. We got a small Italian chef salad. It had some nice pieces of meat and cheese. Fresh tomatoes, red onion, and garlic bread type well seasoned croutons. The dressing was prepackaged boring Italian. A unique dressing specific to this chain would be cool, something like a vinegar based blue cheese. I found Marcos food to be better than Pizza Hut and Dominos. Wife said the staff was very nice and hospitable. Proper PPE's were being used on site also. read more

Just picked up some pizza and wings to try it out and had a pretty good experience. I tried this chain in Tampa and also had a good time so I had high expectations that didn't fall short. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there. All the staff was very polite and the pizza was hot, cooked perfectly and tasted great. Even the crust is great. The wings aren't the best in town but they're not bad. It wasn't too expensive, but I wish I knew about the $4 off $20 ahead of time. The only complaint I have is both a sign in the store, and the back of the receipt both say I can get free bread with a purchase next time if I take a survey, but there's no survey code on the receipt which is require to take the survey. read more

I ordered a pepperoni pizza from here with no Parmesan. You would think that this would be a simple enough request and I can't possibly be the only one making this request. Instead, they sent me a pepperoni pizza with no cheese at all. I even spoke to the restaurant after I placed the order through doordash and confirmed that there would be no Parmesan. Great service here. Everyone greets you when you walk in, pizza comes out quick the sausage is juicy and filled with flavor and the have ongoing specials. This place is great in every way without outrageous prices. We had delivery from Marco's too about four times now and it never took longer than 30 minutes. We only tried it when they first opened because our regular place took 1-1/2 hours the last two deliveries. Marco's is our go to place now. You must try this pizza. It is very flavorful and you can taste the quality. I got the meat pizza and subbed out the Italian sausage for beef. It is highly addictive. I ordered the same thing again while on a job and had it delivered to me and my helper because it was such a great experience. I order curbside pickup when I placed my order. I gave the description of my car and followed instructions by pulling up to the curb. Shortly thereafter a girl came out a drop the pizza on a little outdoor table next to the building. She looks at me as if to say here's your pizza and went back inside. As a Native NYer who's been spoiled by the oldest, best-tasting Pizza in The Nation, I decided to give them a whirl. Marco has obviously never tasted authentic NY Pizza. LOL! This was somewhere between Dominos and Papa John's. Bland taste, and definitely not authentic pizza. Prices are reasonable. Otherwise, I will most likely not be returning.
