The pizza was amazing.. think ooey gooey mozzarella, with tasty and spicy pepperoni and black olives Detroit Style! I was pleasantly surprised by all the flavor packed in each bite. Waiting time was about 10-15 minutes. There are a few table seating indoors & outdoors. Employees are friendly. When I received my order, I opened the box and was satisfied with the look of the pizza. I couldn't wait to get home to actually devour it. As soon as I got home and got myself comfortable, I picked up a slice and hungrily took a bite. This pizza was full of flavor. The sauce, cheese, and toppings complimented each other well. The crust was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My first impression was that the prices were too high, but the quality of the pizza was worth every penny. I got it, lets try it and rate it 1-10. Customer service: I ordered online, I chose to pay cash for pick up. When I arrived there was less than a 1 minute wait for my turn to checkout and my pizza was done at the exact time I asked it to be completed. I noticed the lady running the counter was a little rude to her employees, I wished she was a bit kinder. She asked me not to pay cash because she was counting the drawrer. The other employee I met was extremely nice, when I asked about dressing because I forgot to add it, the employee immediately asked me which dressing I would like, and rebagged it up for me with the dressing. Pizza: HOLY SMOKES. This was the best Detroit style pizza I have had in Florida- ESPECIALLY for the price. The cheese was so melty. I had to include a video because I was mind blown. Taste was absolutely incredible! The ingredients were so fresh and flavorful. I ordered the 4 corner pizza with pepperoni and added tomatoes and jalepeños. Salad: WOW WOW WOW! Usually salads at pizza restaurants are so basic but this was far from basic. I ordered the Greek salad. It had olives, pepperchinis, tomato, onion, cheese, and beats. The beats were a unique touch. I really enjoyed all of the extra flavors. I didn't have a single piece of brown lettuce- it even lasted the next day. The grape tomatoes were soooo good! The dressing was high quality and came on the side. This is more of a takeout ambiance. There weren't many tables available and no one was in there sitting at 6:15PM on a Monday. Let me start out by saying that I love the deep dish pizza... usually. I walked in & I ordered my usual Lg with chicken & pineapple. I placed the order. I paid for the order. The "manager" that took my order at the counter put my son's name on the order, not mine. This shouldn't have been a problem, except that my account didn't get the rewards/points & I am highly allergic to green peppers, which is noted on my account. Needless to say, there were several green peppers on my pizza but I didn't see them all & the oil or juice from the peppers was baked into it. I was sick for hours because of Cross-contamination! I submitted a review & the owner answered it, providing me with his phone number. I called him, we talked about the problem, but this was not the 1st time for the same mistakes. He said in his answer, that I would be compensated (how do you compensate someone for making them vomit for hours?), but I haven't seen anything yet. Maybe when/if I order again, it'll show up. However, his answer contained several incorrect items, including, but not limited to: #1 I placed & paid for the order #2.
