Ordered a medium deluxe pizza and some buffalo wings. No joke, I've had better pizza at a gas station and little Caesars is gourmet compared to this disaster of a pizza parlor. The wings were the worst I've ever had...ever. I actually had to spit it out. The chicken was spoiled and the sauce was disgusting. My wife and I both had to puke shortly after. I asked the manager if he could refund the money for the wings since they were inedible. He agreed but I have yet to see the money back in my account. Then they asked if I wanted cinnamon squares to go free of charge because of my dissatisfaction. I agreed and thanked them. This also was not edible and the frosting tasted like cardboard. Iam a regular to Marcos but unfortunately had a bad experience last night .. so I ordered a pizza at 10pm an HOUR before closing ,my pizza was very greasy (more than usual) and UNDERCOOKED. Halloween madness at Marcos Hesperia location Placed an online order at 5:11 PM on Halloween. I swung by around 5:30, and the line was packed, so I ran a few errands and came back at 6:00. Still a crowd inside, and a few customers told me their orders had been delayed up to two hours. I finally got my food at 6:40. Not sure what was going on behind the scenes, but I want to give credit to the crew--everyone moved with purpose, stayed calm, and didn't take it out on each other or the customers. My pizza came out right and wasn't overdone. Hopefully they figure out what went wrong and learn from it so that the customers are happy. read more

There is plenty of parking as it is located in the same plaza as Aldi. The pizza here is delicious! The crust is thick and flavorful (I highly recommend the garlic topping). The star of the show is the Pepperoni Magnifico with the old world pepperoni. Totally worth the splurge. The chicken wings are no Wing Stop, but they are surprisingly tasty. I went to this location because I heard good things about their pizza. I ordered the pepperoni, and sausage magnification. I picked up the pizza, got in my truck, and began eating some of the best pizza I had ever tasted. It was so good I went back to same location for another one, and was extremely disappointed. You know, my family used to really love Marco's pizza before they had closed down, we even googled it and found some in Arizona and went to those restaurants! We were so happy when they opened back up! The pizza was great, the wings were great, the service was great, but now things have changed! They've gotten to the point where they want to nickel and dime You for every little condiment or things that they now consider extra! It's become ridiculous to the point that we're looking for another pizza place, which is so sad! They were closed for a year, we missed him deeply. WOW... amazingly tasty pizza and chicken wings at our fingertips! Marco's Pizza is the place to be. It's a very quaint pizza joint. Not very big... they have limited inside seating and no outside dining. Staff is always friendly. Can't ask for better employees to service the customers. I am not a pepperoni fan since it's beef originated and I don't eat beef anymore. But I am okay with Canadian bacon which is pork. Here's my go-to pizza... half Canadian bacon with pineapple (aka Hawaiian) and half vegetarian (load them veggies up please LOL). The crust is to D*E for... so delish! The pizza is to crave for... just fantastic! They also have their chicken wings. I normally get them with honey BBQ or buffalo flavors or house sauce if they have it. Sometimes they make them too saucy, but that's okay as long as the wings have a crispy bite to it... it's all good. And don't forget their cheesy bread... just soft and cheesy! Yummy! That's the way I like them. I've been salivating tonight reviewing so many restaurants and their wonderful foods. We are so lucky in the US to have new restaurateurs bringing us quality foods and amazing services! I am grateful... thank you! If you haven't tried Marcos, you're missing out! Do yourself a favor and check out Marco's. Of course, I am just one opinion. You'll come up with your own opinion... it may be the same as mine or it may not and that's okay. Arianna very rude poor customer service I placed an order with a coupon that wasn't being expected in the system was told I could place the order and it would be excepted in the store get there to be told they wouldn't honor when I cancelled my order was told by Arianna that it was expired with no date I asked her for the coupon back only for her to smash the coupon and throw it away when I told her I wanted the coupon she goes to say that it expired and that she didn't give me the coupon back. We ordered from here about a week ago and it was good. Delivery was super fast. We ordered again tonight at 5:43pm and the wait time was 30-40 minutes. I called at 7pm and the lady said it just came out of the oven. I said ok guess they are busy. My husband did the math and it's been almost 2 house so he calls them about 5 minutes later and asks why is it taking so long on a Thursday and she admits to him well it's been done for about 30 minutes waiting for a driver. It's now 7:26pm and still no delivery yet. It's been sitting under the heat lamps. It's now 7:30pm and it's finally on its way. Through door dash. I ordered through their website and I don't have door dash. The driver said that they were busy because it's their opening night... the pizza arrived at 7:47pm and he had pizza bags. But the pizza is kinda cold. Not even that warm. So who's lying here? And which lie is the truth? My husband's angry the baby is already in meltdown because she's been hungry. I'm injured in my neck and back and can hardly move so we opted for easy tonight. Far from easy. Now I have to try and go make something at 8:09pm in excruciating pain. I personally wouldn't trust door dash or grub hub to deliver for Your restaurant. Hire your own drivers and I think this will be ok again. I worked for all of them at one point and made friends with the workers and owners of the restaurants. They all said that the use of the food delivery apps has costed them more in lost money and given them a bad reputation. That's why most of the places dropped them. Drivers aren't always available and they can refuse orders due to low pay/tips. The order just gets passed around from driver to driver until someone bites. It's good food. Just don't use the delivery service. Pick it up and you should be fine. $45 nightmare all because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. read more

Yesterday I came in waiting my order and this poor girl was getting yelled at by this man who I believe he a manager I can tell she new because I been going Marco pizza years and I never seen her before I'm GM at Carl JR for 23 years , let me tell you something, the way he speak to her and the way the other employee look irritated !! You don't talk to your new hire like they dumb !!! Pushing her to go faster, I get it but , you train them properly way You don't speak to your new hires that way !! what wrong with you people , I never treat my employees that way , either my new hire , it take time for them to know everything they will get better instead of complaining about it . I felt so bad about it .
