You don't talk to your new hire like they dumb !!! Pushing her to go faster, I get it but , you train them properly way You don't speak to your new hires that way !! what wrong with you people , I never treat my employees that way , either my new hire , it take time for them to know everything they will get better instead of complaining about it . Ordered three pizzas on app paying with credit card and delivery time was forty minutes according to app. Received pizzas hour and forty minutes later, cold and asked to pay for them. Called location to get billed sorted and after being on hold for twenty minutes hung up. Unfortunately the only way the website wants you to voice your complaints is to call the store you bought your pizza from and of course they don't answer. Very unfortunate, I have been ordering pizza there since they opened and now I will have to find a place. read more

They delivered to us super late at night and even off the beaten path. Super impressed with how passionate the owner is about his product. You can taste the freshness of the pizza. The mushrooms were superb. I will definitely be taking my family in to the store since delivery was on point. I am shocked at some of these reviews. Yay! Love Little Caesar's but have been hoping for a slightly more gourmet place to open near us for awhile! Marco's was delicious!! The main reason I was excited to try them is that they have real salads, and OMG they are so good!! I love all the options here, it's nice when not everyone is wanting the same thing, to still be able to find something for everyone. The other positive is how nice and friendly they are. You can tell they have to say some of the stuff as part of their brand culture, and it's a little cheesy but honestly very welcomed over having people sigh when they see a customer walk in the door. It also seemed like everyone was very well-trained on all the items, which was helpful since there are so many. I know it's new, but it was also very clean. A little pricy, but a nice treat. My pictures aren't fantastic but we were too hungry to put more effort into them. ;) read more

Then she told me she didn't care when I was there on the spot telling them that the pizza was not made correct it was missing paid for ingredients. New place in the HD so bad to try. The very friendly staff provided great service. The chicken bites were really good; juicy, tender and flavorful. The pizza was good, about the same as other places in the area. The price was also about average when compared to other places. I like the pizza boxes. Ordered a pizza and some wings here the other day and it was amazing! Even the box warns you that you are going to love this thing and it isn't lying! Ordering was super easy, the girl that helped me told me all the specials. The pizza arrived in half the time I was given which worked out perfect. And the delivery driver was a really kind dude. Overall great experience. We only ordered here because the Pizza Hut we always go to is temporarily closed. The pizza WAS delicious, I'm giving this place 1 stars since they discontinued their gluten free crust, pursued cauliflower crust, and price gouged tf outta me. The only pizza available for celiac individuals is the cauliflower in a SMALL SIZE for $21 it's the only size they carry, and their discontinued medium gluten free that was was $22. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Based on the other reviews I was so excited to try this place out since it's just down the road from me and I'm new to the area. First of all the driver took at least an extra 20mins past the estimated time for a delivery that's only a 4 minute drive. I got contactless delivery and the driver, Christina, didn't even text or knock on the door to alert me my order had arrived. Thankfully I was checking the tracking option every 5 minutes after the estimated delivery time. My pizza was also cold and over all the taste was bland.Probably would have been better fresh. Over all not worth the $12 + $4.99 delivery fee plus I had already tipped because I chose contactless delivery. Horrible. I ordered a pizza online and received a confirmation and promise time. After an hour, I called the store to see where my order was. The employee who answered said, "well, we're really busy but its on its way, so I hope you have a good night" and hung up. Wow, that's customer service. The delivery driver wasnt any better as he said, "well it is Saturday night." Pizza was cold and apparently they don't care about customer appreciation, retaining current customers or growing there business. This was an example of how not to run a business. Excellent pizza and great service. Generous on the toppings and always cooked to perfection. Poor delivery girl got stuck on a dirt road (not our road) delivering the pizza before ours. She got to us late and the pizza was looking pretty bad. Management got word of it and called us the following Monday. They took care us and gave us dinner on their dime. Somebody messed up the hours. No way this place is open later on Sundays than Fridays. Edit: the hours are wrong on Yelp. They're closed, no hours posted anywhere. We needed another chain pizza place up the hill like a hole in the head. If they're not open until midnight they're even more useless than a hole in the head.
