There was a man (we assumed he was a food delivery driver), who was visibly upset at the staff because part of his order wasn't ready. He was getting loud with the sweet young woman behind the counter. The young man who was working in the kitchen came out to have an explaination of the situaiton to the angry man. It took a while for us to get our order. I'd say at least 30 minutes. Once we were called up, we just picked up and left. We didn't check our order before we took off. We got back home in Riverside, unloaded everything, and realized one meal was missing from the order. I decided to call the store to let them know. I spoke to Joey, who identified himself at the night manager. I told him how the young woman behind the counter never lost her cool and how busy the restaurant was. Joey apologized for the failure and offered to make it right. We worked together to come to an agreement where we would come back another day and they would replace the missing meal. We came back on the day we said we would. The young man behind the counter didn't seem to know what I was talking about even though Joey said he'd leave a detailed note. No matter, I had my receipt with me and presented it along with a short story of the situation. The young man placed an order in the kitchen for us. We had our replacement meal in about 10 minutes. Honestly people... be nice. It's not hard. Things happen. Just use the nice words you have in your vocabulary and let the restaurant attempt to make it right. We'll be back. Dave's is good stuff.

I tried a bit of the Newport Bowl and it was basically a regular salad bowl, nothing special and in my opinion - not worth the price. You're better off trying a more varied bowl or wrap. The chicken wrap was fine, there were some pickled veggies that added a good crunch. The main reason why I'm hesitant to come here again (besides the fries) is that the chicken was quite dry in all of these dishes, and it didn't really have a prominent char or flavor/smell that would indicate it's been charcoal grilled. I do want to try this place again when it's not as busy, basically to see if the chicken quality holds up to other reviews.

Went to try this new pizza place after watching Dave portnoy rate spots in LA, I wanted to eat the best pizza in San Bernardino and I'd already tried most other places except here, I saw a lot of good reviews and decided to try it, this is now mine and my brothers new favorite pizza spot. Everything we got was good, The buffalo wings were super delicious and slightly crispy on the outside, even the French fries we got exceeded expectation. But the pizza? Fire. I wanted to eat more after I was already full and to top it all off the guy working there decided to give me free garlic knots. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a HIGH QUALITY pizza with robust flavor. Please get the pepperoni with buffalo wings and you'll be blown away. read more

I popped in before I went to the movies and I told them that we wanted to see what time they closed because we're going to the movie and we're gonna come after and they remembered when I come back. Review: Two Guys Pasta and Pizza…read more I was catching up with my 8 month pregnant friend, I attended her OB appointment, and we chose Two Guys Pasta & Pizza to celebrate afterward. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Before being seated, I came in to check the wait time and spoke directly with the manager/owner lady. She told me there was no wait, so I let her know I would step out to my car to take my medication and come right back. I also made it clear to both her and our server that this was our first time dining here. From the start, the seating arrangement felt unnecessarily cramped. Although the restaurant was mostly empty, guests were grouped closely together instead of being spaced out. We were packed in so tightly that the person behind me kept brushing me with her hair, and it was impossible to have a private conversation because you could hear everything around you. The lighting was also very dim, making the menu difficult to read--even with glasses--and there were no photos to help. When ordering, I clearly explained my order multiple times to our server. I ordered the chicken parmigiana lunch special and asked to substitute the Mostaccioli pasta with marinara sauce for Fettuccine Alfredo noodles, stating I was willing to pay any upcharge. I repeated this request multiple times, and each time the server confirmed it was fine. At no point was there any mention of a restriction. However, when the dish arrived, it was made completely differently than what I ordered. The chicken was prepared with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara, and everything was baked together in one dish. This is not how chicken parmigiana is typically served. I was scoffed at for requesting a plate so I could properly cut my chicken. Presentation wise, the plate looks cute being served on top of the bed of noodles, but it's not conducive for eating when your chicken is sliding all over the noodles and the noodles are sliding out of a low level oval dish. I also never received the fettuccine Alfredo noodles back that I had ordered correctly. After I explained the issue and handed the incorrect Chicken "ALFREDO" Parmigiana dish back, the owner removed the plate--including the Alfredo noodles I had only taken a couple of bites from--and I was never given my noodles back. Service throughout the visit was very inconsistent. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it was difficult to get our server's attention. We had to ask other staff to locate her, drinks were not refilled (including my pregnant friend's), and overall we felt overlooked. When the dish was finally being remade, there was a significant delay. By the time anything was ready, my friend had already finished her entire meal while I was still sitting there without food. At that point, I had to ask for my order to simply be boxed to go, because the moment to sit and enjoy the meal together had already passed. To add to the frustration, I could clearly hear other nearby tables making modifications to their meals, and those requests were accommodated without issue. That made it even more confusing why my very simple request--one I was willing to pay extra for--was not handled the same way. It led me to deduce that shading was a factor. I was ultimately told the restaurant only allows one sauce per dish--either Alfredo or marinara--but this was never explained when I ordered. The bread and butter provided were also rock hard and not edible. I want to be clear that no one was outright rude. However, the overall experience left me feeling overlooked and not prioritized as a customer. I had originally planned to place an additional to-go order for my family, but after this experience, I chose not to. Because of how this was handled, I ended up leaving without being able to properly eat, despite having taken medication that required food. Having medication in my system without food ended up upsetting my stomach, which made the situation even worse. We personally prefer places like Alfredo's or Napoli's, even Olive Garden, where we can order and receive the food we're paying for prepared as requested. On a positive note, the restroom was clean and spacious. The Dr. Pepper was good too. The food itself... Mid. Honestly, Olive Garden does it better. Overall, I was excited to try this place, but between the cramped seating, lack of communication, inconsistent service, and rigid handling of a simple customization request, the experience fell short.
