Some of the pizzas we ordered for our group

I organized a group of 21 mostly retired staff members from a local high school today at Pizza House. Everyone not only enjoyed the delicious pizza but appreciated the service and had a great time there. We will definitely make another meeting here. The next time we gather pizza was delicious and came out in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The restaurant is clean and well maintained.

Besides the delicious pizza, it seems like an old establishment. With a few old nostalgic arcade games. It could be updated in a few ways to keep the public interested. For example the marinara sauce could be made less watered down and the soda machine could use a little maintenance. But overall it's a spacious restaurant that can house family get togethers and keep everyone entertained.

Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Wings came plain without Buffalo sauce which was disappointing.

Great low prices for what you get. Very fast service for delivery, they only deliver within a 3 mile radius by the way. It was good! Thin crunchy crust, greasy but not too greasy. Ranch dressing wasn't really good.

First time trying this place today and it was a 10/10!!!! We foot double play fries and pizza and it was very good cheesy and flavorful !! You can really taste the garlic and spices on the pizza. The place is really Clean and had a couple of arcade games. Service was fast and we were looking at the menu for a while and the worker suggested the double play and I'm glad because it was really good , one of the best pizzas so far read more

There are other pizza places in San Bernardino. The young man that helped us was on his phone listening to a movie and the service was horrible. I will NEVER go back and I will never recommend this place!!! PLEASE GO SOMEPLACE else. i'm sure if the customer service sucks the pizza CAN NOT be made in healthy clean place that treats their customers that way!!!! Horrible service and horrible place. You can also tell how tacky it is by all the stuff inside not clean not healthy not worth the money. Don't waste your money on this place. Please do yourself a favor go somewhere else. read more

If you're a local Berdooan then you will definitely like this spot all the locals go here. It's good price excellent pizza they have games here and you can watch the game here and their pictures of beer $13. You can't beat that. I'm here all the time. read more

Customer service is horrible, never experienced the disrespect like that. My family and I live in the area and we typically go there. Just happened to call about the specials that they have and the girl that answered the phone was super disrespectful. Refused to say them and hung up and tried calling back again she refused and hung up. Just rude and won't be going there anymore. That's not the first time, they've been rude there either. read more

A woman who said her name is Darla had horrible customer service and wanted to argue because she informed me of the wrong price over the phone. Her demeanor and the way she talks to a customer is terrible, I will never spend another dollar at this establishment. read more

First time at this place and it was an absolute nightmare. Place reminded us like something outta Five Nights of Freddy. We arrived and initially we thought it to be closed down, but nope, they were in fact opened. We had our kids with us and they got excited for the games they have, but nope... With exception of maybe four machines, none were functional, even the coin changers were outta service. The pizza was burnt (truth be told I've gotten better pizza from Little Caesars than what this passed off as "pizza"), pizza was bland, the cheese bread was flavor less, our wings were burnt, and our tender were undercooked... We're scared we may catch salmonella just from the tenders alone, if I'm being honest. The staff were very unprofessional. One clerk told us over half the items on the menu weren't even things they carried... For example, spaghetti?? Nope, they don't have it. Want some calamari? Uh huh, they never carried it there. In the mood for some fried mushrooms?? They stopped serving those prior to COVID. This place needs to be boarded up and condemned. It absolutely baffles me on how they hold over 4 stars on here, like, are the owners paying people to create lies for reviews or something!? I don't get it... But I never have to worry about it again. Me and the family agreed, you'll never see us order from this place again. read more

Flashback to early mid 80's, where your pizza is fresh, you have arcade games and some interesting prizes to choose from after redeeming your arcade tickets! Honestly if you want damn good pizza this is where you need to go. The employees are nice and patient, beer is a good price and the food is seriously damn good. Just ignore the ambiance outside and enjoy your time inside. read more

My family loves coming here to celebrate birthdays the pizza is delicious. Jalapeño poppers aren't my favorite but the mozzarella sticks are! The service is great everything comes in a timely matter. They have games for the kids it is a little bit run down but the kids still have fun and enjoy their time here. read more

Pizza is actually good.... But this place is filthy. I felt dirty being there. The AC barely works and they're the biggest scammers , nickel and dime pizza place I ever been to. First of all they charge $1.50 extra per pizza for the box. Why not just include it in the price like every other pizza place on earth? Bathrooms and dining room are disgusting so I'm scared to know what the kitchen looks like. I spent $180 on pizza and they had the audacity to charge me $2 for a pitcher of tap water. Then the kid working said it was gonna be $3 per person to reserve for a party lol excuse me ? I've never heard such a thing in any pizza place. They wouldn't allow us to bring in bday cupcakes and the owner looked pissed off the whole day like we weren't paying customers. Pizza is good don't get me wrong .. but I'll never ever go back. So ghetto even for SB ...they have pocket knives as prizes for arcade tickets! read more

First time trying this place. Ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño jumbo pizza for pickup. Lady quoted me 20 mins. Was right on time. Gave me peppers and parm without me even asking. Wanted to buy a liter of soda but just individual ones or fountain drinks available. Pizza was damn good and crispy. Gonna ask for extra sauce next time though. Pretty good for the price. 17.99 for a jumbo pizza. read more

Even though we were strangers, there was an instant connection. Best of all, the Niners won! I won't credit Red Fox for that, just the pinpoint arm of Brock Purdy. But the fun ambiance certainly buoyed the celebratory mood! The building is surrounded by a huge parking lot with a plethora of spaces. Why are we so devoid of real estate and parking in NorCal? Since there aren't many steakhouses nearby, this location gets packed. On especially busy days, the wait can be anywhere from one to two hours. Thankfully, they offer an online waitlist, which helps a lot because you can add your name before heading over. My husband and I usually order the prime rib, and their creamy horseradish sauce is one of my favorite parts of the meal. My parents normally get the T-bone or ribeye, and even my daughter loves the steak here. The steaks are usually cooked correctly. There have been a few times when ours came out slightly more done than requested during a rush, but they were still good, and the staff is quick to correct mistakes when needed. Of course, the fresh rolls with cinnamon butter are always a family favorite. Their sides and drinks are also good, although some of the sides can occasionally be a little salty. The restaurant is impressively clean considering how busy it stays. Just know that the atmosphere is usually loud, crowded, and energetic--not the place for a quiet dinner. Parking can also be difficult. They have their own lot, but it fills up quickly. My husband once brought friends here, and one of them said the food at this location tasted better than other Texas Roadhouse locations he had visited. We don't have another location to compare it to, but we'll take his word for it! Whenever our family is craving steak, this location consistently hits the spot.

The quality of food was fresh, prepared just right, and the service was fast and welcoming. It's in the nice down town Redlands area so never too busy or loud, in the small city. Our server, Aubrey, was also AWESOME so definitly give her a raise lol. My buddies and I were wanting some steaks and drinks after work, and we were not disappointed. 100% will be back. The only thing to be weary of is if you get outdoor seating. Many folks downtown tend to smoke marijuana so sometimes the smell will make its way into the patio area.

I was there with my family and all the TVs were on different sports everything from hockey to Bull Riding and some MMA fights. My family and I are all practicing martial artists. I've been training 25+ years so naturally the sport we were interested in were the fights. One by one each TV that had the fights was changed to hockey. I asked my server about it and could he change one of the smaller TVs that I could see back to the fight. He left, came back and was told by his manager this was a family establishment. I'm not one to make a scene so I finished my meal, tipped my sever well as I do when they deserve it and I left a review stating my grievance on the tablet at the table as I paid my bill. The idea of it's a family establishment is bogus. I'm literally there with my family and every one of us trains BJJ and I myself train BJJ and judo and have had multiple professional fights in my younger years. My kids know this, and sometimes pull me up on YouTube to watch "Daddy fight" there's nothing virtuous about excluding one family because the unrealistic idea that another family might be offended. I was very disappointed and will not be back because I am a man of principle. I guess me and my family are just barbarians how dare we enjoy pugilistic contest. I spent a significant portion of my hard earned money to take my family there. Gas is $6 a gallon and everything is expensive, finneys needs to appreciate every customer that spends their hard earned money in their establishment. I will not be back. There are plenty of other places in town.

Judy, our server, was also a pleasure to have taking care of us. He was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. I'm so glad we chose Osaka House again for our second meeting. Great customer service even though I'm not a regular. It's spacious with a huge projector screen for central viewing, as well as other standard big screens all around the walls. There are 2 pool tables. There's also a pinball machine and dartboard. There were other Niner fans here even though we were in the heart of SoCal, and we were whooping it up. Even though we were strangers, there was an instant connection. Best of all, the Niners won! I won't credit Red Fox for that, just the pinpoint arm of Brock Purdy. But the fun ambiance certainly buoyed the celebratory mood! The building is surrounded by a huge parking lot with a plethora of spaces. Why are we so devoid of real estate and parking in NorCal? The Red Fox is a great place to watch any game or just hang out. If I lived in the community, this would definitely be one of my regular haunts.

If I could give no stars I would,but since the pizza was good 1 star would do. The staff was extremely rude. My kids put quarters in the games upfront. The games did not work. my husband let the cashier upfront know what happend. After sometime. I approached the woman where was the manager?. she told me she already told my husband she didn't know when he was going to get there. She was extremely rude and had no customer service skills or professionalism.so I told her instead of leaving the machines that don't work there for more people to put money in maybe they should consider putting an out of order sign on them since they have an issue with giving people their money back, if she wouldn't have been rude I would've had no problem waiting for the manager. Eventually, an older Asian man came out and my husband told him it was a total of two dollars in the man yelled at him and told him don't tell him two dollars. then began to pull all of the quarters out of the machines.I'm assuming he believe we were lying. My kids never got their money back so we didn't want to play the games in the back , they also charged us two dollars for a pitcher of water after we bought two large pizzas, wings, a pitcher of beer and a pitcher or pink lemonade. Horrible attitude. As my sister and I asked for a menu to decide what to order they talked behind our back and called us names....the place was empty so it no possible confusion as to whom it was intended for. We had to leave we felt so angry. Horrible employees. The owner should fire those two women. read more
