I have always been a huge fan of this Marcos, but you need to go early in the day when there are adults running the show. I ordered online and went to the store to pickup. It was wrong. They remade the pizza and it was wrong again. The 3 guys in the store were more interested in their phones than working. I discovered today I had never reviewed Marco's. I would have bet you that I had already but evidently not. My sister and I ordered for everyone back at her work, three sandwiches and a pizza. We experienced friendly service. So friendly that upon discovering they made our pizza with the wrong crust they remade it with the correct crust and gave us the one on the wrong crust for free. Extra free pizza, woohoo! We ordered a 12 inch and 6 inch Meatball sub plus a 12 inch Steak & Cheese sub. All of the sandwiches were double wrapped in thick paper to keep them together and warm for the ride back. My sister and I split the six inch so we could eat some pizza too. Everyone enjoyed their sub sandwich meals. We ordered a small pizza which is 10 inches. I love this option. Most places stop with their medium being the smallest. The ten inch was perfect for two people to split. Marco's has ground beef as one of their ingredients. I was not aware of this so I'll be coming back frequently now because a lot of places do not offer ground beef. I'm not particularly fond of sausage or pepperoni as meat options. We supplemented our pizza with green peppers and onions. I thought the pizza on their very thin crust was outstanding. Plenty of parking is available as the video rental store that shared the building, closed down a couple of years ago and moved out. Park anywhere you like in the big lot. read more

Located in a former Family Video, this Marcos has great parking and easy in and out. I placed an order online to be ready at a piticular time. Web page easy to order on. Pizzas and bread ready when we arrived. Not far off Kentucky Ave it was easy to get back to Camby. Pizzas were very good and had a good amount of toppings. I'm partial to extra thin crust and lots of pepperoni. The Pepperoni Magnifico didn't disappoint. A lot of the pizza places in the area seem to be closed Sundays. Glad Marcos was open. read more

Living in Camby, when I have a love for pizza, has been a real bummer. There's just no good pizza joints nearby to deliver. Then we discovered Marco's and thought we were in luck. We enjoyed our pizzas, and delivery was pretty prompt. Shortly after eating my veggie pizza, I became sick and developed a debilitating migraine. I hoped it was just stress or one of the myriad of illnesses going around lately. We ordered again last night. Same thing. I am a person who suffers from chronic migraines and I immediately knew what was up. Marco's clearly uses one of the preservatives known to trigger migraines in their pizzas. It's a very real issue for migraine suffers and those with autoimmune disorders. If you are such a person, I would avoid Marco's at all costs. After looking up their ingredients, I realized it's the preservatives in the cheeses they use that are common migraine triggers. Bummer. read more

After catching a movie at the local Showtime Cinema, I was hungry and decided to stop in at Marco's Pizza. They have a shared building/parking lot with Family Video, so it was easy to find and park. The lobby is small with a few chairs for waiting and some along the window where you could eat if you wanted to, but this is more of a "to go" restaurant than "dine in". I saw the menu listed above the order counter and went with a medium Deluxe pizza (8 pie slices). The woman who took the order was efficient and let me know that it would take around 10 minutes. The pizza was ready after the short wait and was quite tasty. The dough was soft and thicker around the rim while the center was a little flopsy. The cheese was plentiful and stretchy. The crust had a nice flavor on its own that I enjoyed too. The ingredients seemed to be fairly well spaced though not the most generously loaded that I've had. Marco's Pizza is a staple in our home, thanks to the Mooresville location. We order regularly and are happy with the consistency, price, speed, and customer service. They offer specialty and standard pizzas in varying crust styles, and have a good selection of vegetable, meat, and cheese toppings. They make garlic cheese bread that is delicious, as well as subs, a meatball bake, salads, wings, and crustless pizzas. We have tried most items and all are good or great. We haven't tried the salads, and haven't tried a few of the toppings or sandwiches. The few minor problems we've had have been promptly corrected. Delivery drivers have returned to bring forgotten items (like a drink or sauce), and the store immediately remade the one incorrect pizza we ever received. I few months ago they switched from "fresh" sides of pizza and cheese sauce to individually pre-packaged sides, and we don't like the taste as much. They used to offer video rental from the Family Video next door, but they don't anymore (we don't mind, but it is a service change). Sometimes they are out of different flavors of 2-liter drinks, but it's always clearly marked on the menu, and it's not a big deal for us. There are always coupons available also. I never pay full price, though their full price is reasonable. (HINT sign up for their emails and texts, and always tip as if you aren't getting a discount). read more

Ordered for dinner me and two friends, and then the sausage and pepperoni pizzas were soggy, and weren't really that hot.

Man, Marcos was great for a time. Both the quality of the pizza and the delivery times were great. Unfortunately, the customer service has been bad lately. Last week we ordered delivery around 9pm and received a voicemail that a delivery driver was not available. We then received a cancellation email for our order. The communication was good, but a pizza place not having delivery available several hours before closing just isn't acceptable, especially with other pizza options available. A few days ago we ordered and the order was incorrect -- missing items. We order from Marco's so frequently and it's always been flawless, but two hiccups in a row is not good. And then today, the final straw happened. The website told us we had five minutes to order before orders closed for the night. Got the order in with a minute to spare. Delivery was estimated for 45 minutes later according to the tracker. So we waited. And waited. Marcos is never late, so once we got to over 45 minutes we checked the tracker and the order had been cancelled!!!! No phone call. No email. Just cancelled. Aside from this being just horrible customer service, we waited so long for the pizza that other places were closed. Never going back. Never, every again! read more

Not bad for a pizza place. It's brand new, clean, and the employees are friendly. We ordered their one-topping large pizza for $9.99 grand-opening deal. While the pizza was being prepared, we headed over to the connected video store and browsed some movies. What is better than pizza and a movie, right? It took about 15 minutes for our pizza to be done. Since we were doing carry-out (there are a few small tables in the restaurant...not many though!), we headed out the door and took 'er home. The pizza was pretty good. It had a good amount of toppings on it, but I think it could have used just a little bit more in that department. It had tons of cheese, which is awesome. The crust was great. We got garlic butter added to it for free, making it an awesome taste sensation. They are just starting out and still hiring new people. The pizza here is good, and I really like the antipasto salad too. But a word of caution if you are having it delivered. In my most recent experience, the delivery person put my antipasto in the hot bag along with my pizza. Unfortunately both items suffered. The salad was now a wilted lettuce salad, and because it was stuffed in the bag with the pizza box, the box lid was mashed down so when I lifted the lid all the toppings on the center pieces were stuck to the lid. read more

I haven't ever done this before but I got to let people know. I have ordered from them many times and always put up with the little problems. However tonight I go to order from them and they tell me they are only accepting online orders. So I try that and it won't accept my card, so I call them to ask what is going on and they tell me it is my fault. That I am doing it wrong. So I ask how come they are the only place I ever have problems with. The guy then tells me that"I don't have to take your shit." So I admit I cussed back at him, but only after I was cussed at. They then called me back telling me that I could no longer order from there. Which is fine with me considering all the problems I have had with wrong orders, late deliveries and rudeness when you call them on they're crap. Papa John's doesn't have these problems. The pizza quality is just a step above Little Caesars. It's over priced for what it is. 1 specialty, 1 large, and an order of cheesy bread would've come out to $36 without coupon... $30 with coupon. If the breadsticks are the deciding factor between low quality pizza, go with little caesars. It was at least done quickly. read more
