During the movie, another guest of a certain ethnicity was using their phone. I asked them twice to turn it off, and I also notified the staff. The staff told me that Marcus Theatres policy is to issue one warning and then remove the guest if the behavior continues. Unfortunately, that policy was not enforced. The situation became even worse when the guest threatened to hit me multiple times. At that point, this was no longer just a distraction during a movie. It became a safety issue. I am extremely disappointed that the theater failed to handle the situation properly, especially after I reported it and was told what the policy was. Because of this, I will not be coming back.

We were seated in Auditorium 5! The seats were very comfortable and spacious. What we didn't like was how chaotic it was to order Food & Beverages. There were no Straw nor napkin dispensers and trash was spread all over the floor and counters. It certainly wasn't as clean as most AMC theaters we've been to, but that may have been due to a very busy day. The Service was rather slow despite our A-List Membership. The staff remained very friendly and welcoming throughout the whole experience. I would've given 5* If the cleanliness had not been an issue.

The schedule is updated regularly for at least a month out, so you may pretty much structure your life around screenings. Bring your own food. Fun, informal contests before certain screenings. Themed cocktails. Tickets often only $5 and occasionally free may be purchased online in advance w/o extra fees. My best time at Arkadin was for a screening of Carnival of Souls, which was preceded by a mini carnival behind Arkadin. I hope that happens again.

You can tell that the very kind owners have poured their hearts into this place. There has been a lot of thought put into the bar menu, the decor, and the features every month. Happy to see such a crowd turning out for events here, like the Taskmaster finale watch party last night. There is something special about a group of people so into their "thing" and sharing it with the community. Bravo!
