If you join the rewards program, you can earn stars that can be redeemed towards concession stand and food purchases. Concessions and food are appropriately priced for a movie theater. I attended the Jeffrey Osborne concert and was shocked to learn we had to climb several flights of stairs to get to the balcony seats. If I missed this when I purchased my ticket then I apologize. If there wasn't a disclaimer, the Sheldon should add this to future events. It should be a check box you must complete acknowledging you must walk up several flights of stairs. I saw people with canes walking up stairs. This is not safe. Once upstairs in the balcony, the steps leading to each row are very steep and the step to the lowest row is a huge drop without any warning. I understand we don't want to destroy the character of this beautiful building but something must be done to warn people. Suggestions: 1. Warn people in advance 2. Fix the step to the bottom row of the balcony so it's not a huge drop Or, stop using this building for events, especially the balcony.
