Go most Tuesday nights for a movie. Always a good time, love the free popcorn on Tuesdays and the discounted tickets! Seats are getting a little worn and the theaters could be a little cleaner, but overall still a good experience.

What a great theater to come to. Their seats are so comfortable. We love the recliner seats. We usually come on Tuesdays when the price per movie is discounted and you get the free popcorn. The theater is always clean and the associates that work here are always very nice and courteous. We're retired and we find that we're going to the movies A little bit more often and Tuesdays are the days to go!

I have been coming to this theater for years, usually once or twice a month on average, but after this experience, I will not be returning. During the movie, another guest of a certain ethnicity was using their phone. I asked them twice to turn it off, and I also notified the staff. The staff told me that Marcus Theatres policy is to issue one warning and then remove the guest if the behavior continues. Unfortunately, that policy was not enforced. The situation became even worse when the guest threatened to hit me multiple times. At that point, this was no longer just a distraction during a movie. It became a safety issue. I am extremely disappointed that the theater failed to handle the situation properly, especially after I reported it and was told what the policy was. Because of this, I will not be coming back.

My friend and I went here to see Superman today. We both like the movie. We came a little bit later so the only seats that were available are not that great. However we both enjoyed the movies. The popcorn and soda were similar in taste to any other theater. The staff were friendly. Plenty of parking spots in the parking lot. We have not been here in years so the previous play area were no longer there. There were more food options here than before that I remembered.

This is one place you don't have to worry if the person in front of you is tall and will block your vision.

This is a very busy movie theatre with an enormous parking lot, an arcade, and everything to make a memory filled experience! The restrooms are fairly clean, and there are multiple people waiting for everyone to leave each movie so they can clean. Naturally, the concessions are expensive, but they do have a specials on tickets every Tuesday, and matinees before 4 pm. Ronnies is a great place to see a movie!

Volume in IMAX is obnoxiously loud. 15 minutes after scheduled start time and still running previews. Generally dirty theater.

I still do that. Maybe you've heard me. The Marcus CEO stars in short videos before each screening and they're well-done. That I like. I don't know what a Wehrenberg looks like. You may want to know where this theatre is before you go because you probably won't see how to get there from where you're coming. Why they made the choice to build this where they did and how it remains in business I don't know... Maybe Manchester Road was differently placed back then? Maybe people go to the movies once and remember it's an option? I don't know. I would forget about this one. The great big screening room that showed The Odyssey had audio that can be way too loud. I know other people have noticed this. I don't know whether this is just this location or the technology. I'll be avoiding these screens in the future.

I purchased my tickets online in advance (about $52 for two people), and it was not IMAX or 3D. As part of the event, there were special pins and drink specials in their bar - the bar is outside the theatre, this is NOT one of those theaters that bring you drinks inside. The posting said "photo ops" but when we got there, it was just one cardboard advertisement. There were special popcorn buckets and toys for sale. I thought the "Fan Event" was a little disappointing overall. There is a big parking lot outside. All of the seats were reclining loungers, and you do reserve your exact seat in advance, which I liked. We did not see a way to turn on heat, so maybe the seats aren't heated. You show a QR code off your email receipt, no printed tickets necessary. Lots of people had brought comfy throw blankets from home and I will definitely do that next time to make my movie more relaxing.

Now, I won't return. Situations like this will continue and you have lost ticket sales and concessions from someone who really likes to blow money when there's a special time with friends. We budget $50+ per person if it's a special movie date. I love icees and only eat popcorn at the theater. We sneak in a little, but it's maybe $10 worth of stuff not offered. Everything the theater offers we buy and a lot. Seems like it is standard for your business to be rude and nasty which is sad. I love going out, but I need outings to be worth the money as I have a mini movie theater at home to share with our friends that is complete with blankets and my own terrible service due to my not wanting to get up to wait on everyone always. Let us patronize your business, well not us since you seem to hate people who blow money for fun and expect to be charged for what they've purchased not random fees snuck in. Some of us don't want to argue the fees because we don't want to ruin the experience for our kids or make some fuss and upset others. Instead we just go with it and cough up more than you deserve. Please do better. I'll happily remove this comment if I see positive changes from friends who have also seen you choose to do better.

As a first timer coming here, it was tricky to find while driving through the parking garage. Once getting there I loved everything about my movie experience. They offer a mixture of new movies as well as cult classics. I love that you can order food and drinks while in their reclining lounge chairs and they bring it to you. There are a few things that I noticed can be difficult for those with a disability especially if you don't have a wheelchair. There didn't seem to be any handicap parking near the entrance which made walking to the theater a problem, especially since my mom has a disability. Also, once inside the theater, the main row is kinda awkward to get into the seat when having to use a walker since you have to climb a step to get into the seat. I enjoyed my experience, but I can see how someone with a disability would have a difficult time with accessibility.

Unfortunately, our issue also dealt with the staff not just the state of the theater itself. This was so nice when it opened in 2010! It was one of the first theaters in Missouri to launch with 100% digital projection screens and known for its luxury reclining leather seats. Sadly now, pretty much every theater has ripped seats and the bathrooms are unkept every time we visit. I've just watched the theater deteriorate over the years with no new additions or upkeep. They still have a space for private parties and events but I've yet to see anyone book this room with a bar. In this specific experience, we got a combo with a refillable drink and popcorn. During the movie, I went to the front counter to find an employee for a refill and there was no one to be found. I was missing the movie, waiting for at least 10 minutes at the concession counter and could see into a back room so I said, "hello," several times. A man, a customer, viewing another movie walked up to the concession counter and I explained I'd been waiting and there were no employees to be found. I didn't want to keep missing the movie so I went back to the movie without any refill. I really hope the movie theater owners consider renovating a little bit especially because of their investment in the new apartment complex being built directly next door to the theater. The apartments will have brand new mixed use space available for businesses to come in which people will probably visit before or after a movie. I've met the movie theater owners several times and they never seem to be physically present at their actual existing business. Higher expectations for a business in Wildwood!
