I have seen people claim they checked cameras and their pet was never outside the kennel. In my experience I check the cameras intermittently throughout the day and sometimes he is napping in the kennel other times he is out on the play yard living his best life. Just depends on the time of day you check, but I assure you they get plenty of play time and socialization. He normally sleeps good the next day because he plays so hard while there. They even post daily pics of the dogs to their facebook so if you miss your pets play times, you can be reassured there as well. The staff is also wonderful and are always happy to see him. I would not feel comfortable leaving him in anyone else's care.

From a little research and word of mouth I stumbled upon the rovervelt. I'm very hesitant on where I take the boys because I've had groomers go clipper happy before, but I've heard nothing but great things. From the moment I walked in everyone was absolutely amazing and super welcoming. I decided to add play time as well as have them groomed and it was the best decision. I dropped them off around 9am and picked them up around 530pm. The price was amazing for what they provide, coming from California I was used to paying $350 for both dogs just to get groomed, It felt like a crime leaving paying what I did! It was no where close to that, I would have been completely okay with paying more! That's how happy I am with The Rovervelt. 1. The boys look great 2. grinch feet -gone 3.butts cleaned up 4. they are so soft 5. they smell AMAZING, and last but not least 6. they are soooo tired! They have been asleep (besides to eat dinner -but I wouldn't want to sleep through dinner, so I don't blame them) since we got home. They told me they loved playing and they couldn't get them out of pool haha. We plan on returning weekly for full day play, monthly for grooming, and boarding with we go out of town. Over the years, we have bathed Flash every 2 weeks, brushed him regularly. Initially, we trimmed him at home. We have tried a couple of groomers, but were not satisfied. About 3 months ago, we tried Grooming by Lesa. We were very happy with his first grooming. They have a card they give out - Groomer's Tips: Mats. On the card they recommend a haircut every 6 to 8 weeks. So Flash went back in 8 weeks, and looked great. Recently, I booked a grooming appointment for Thursday, April 16. I was driving over at 8:30 to drop Flash off when Grooming by Lesa called and said they were overbooked and could not do Flash. After a couple of more calls, I was able to get Flash an appointment for Monday, April 20. Yesterday, 6 weeks after his second grooming session, he went back for his third grooming. This time, the grooming was a complete shave back to the skin. It was the first time he has ever been shaved by any groomer. He is a totally different dog. It will grow back. But we will never go back to Grooming by Lesa. Flash was dropped off at 8:30 in the morning. I was hoping to pick him up around 5 pm. At 4:27 pm, I received a text: "Hey this is Grooming by Lesa. I just want to let you know that Flash is really matted on his chest. He needs to go shorts. I need your permission first." I assumed that only his chest would be cut short. So I replied immediately "Okay. When can I pick him up?" The next text came back at 5:57 pm, 90 minutes later. I was already driving over because the groomer hours end at 6:00 pm "Hey you can walk in in about 10 minutes. Just finishing up his sanitary rounding his feet," I arrived at 6 pm and waited another 15 minutes. And Flash came out totally scalped. It was not a proper grooming. His look was totally unbalanced. His chest area was clipped back to his skin. His ears and tail were both a long tangled mess. This was not the first time I have waited long past the original pickup time. We are taking him to our veterinarian to make sure he is not injured. Also, Grooming by Lesa only takes cash payment. No credit cards or checks.

She advertises 24/7 vet care. However, upon detailed research, she does not have a vet in every…read morestate. She uses a virtual veterinarian. That is not the same if your dog gets hurt and needs emergency services. And she provided me one vet in each state she would've been traveling through. I would've called each vet and given them my debit card number so all she had to do is walk in and take care of my animal. Offering 24 seven vet care when you're using virtual is false advertisement. I don't do liars.

If I had known they would shave my dog's ears I would have taken him to another groomer who could get the mats out without sheering his ears. Owner called me taking no responsibility for their error in not contacting me before taking such drastic actions without my permission. And then hung up on me.

During their stay, one of our dogs contracted a drug resistant staph infection and stopped eating and drinking. He lost nearly 40 pounds, while they sat back and did nothing until he collapsed on their last day there. They didn't even notify us until it was too late. Our dog was admitted to the dog icu at Med Vet where we spent over 10k trying to save him, but he ultimately died in agony. These people are monsters. They offered no apology, no shred of remorse. If you love your pets, stay far away from these horrible, negligent people.

The issue was that throughout the time my dog developed fleas and was always an issue right after the grooming. They use a van to do the grooming. It was very difficult to get rid of the fleas since they get on your furniture and such. Well Avery stopped working for this company and we started with another grooming company. Intersting enough, no more flea issue. Can only guess that the source was the grooming van. There is no way that the company or groomer was able to "clean" or get rid of fleas between grooming stops. Just a word of caution
