Scammer and cheaters!!…read more I went there yesterday to get my car inspected. The gentleman at the counter, let's call him Bob, informed me that he won't be able to do my inspection until my registration shows my current address. I told him that was fine, and we ultimately agreed do a courtesy check on the vehicle, which still costed me $10. After the check, he informed me that, "the car would probably pass the inspection, but it still needs some work". I asked him to elaborate and he told me that it would need roughly $600 worth of work, which ranged from the suspension, tie rods, etc. I told him unfortunately I won't be able to get that done at the moment, but I will be back tomorrow with my updated registration for the inspection. Today, I brought the car in for an inspection with my updated address. Bob and another gentleman, let's call him Jim, were at the counter. I approached the counter and Jim asked what I needed. I explained to him that I was returning to do an inspection with the updated address on my registration. He pulls up my file on my computer and says, "so are you getting these done before the inspection?" I explained to him I won't be able to get it done today. Jim interjects and arrogantly replies, "well I don't think you'll pass the inspection without getting these done." Suddenly, Bob looks over and calmly says to Jim, "no, she's fine". After a brief moment of Jim nods back and tells me to have a seat. These people clearly have a hand in who they choose to pass and fail the inspection. They manipulate people into believing they need more work than needed through devious tactics. They definitely lost my business and anyone I know personally, and I would highly caution anyone from coming here.

Thomas was very rude and kept repeating "We sell all cars as is, like I said we sell all cars as is". The staff there were not accommodating or kind. I was handed back my keys and told that they couldn't help me. I went to Greenwood Hubbard's Chevrolet the following day and left with a 2026 vehicle and a decent payment. They could have sold the car for $5000+ more to another buyer but they still sold it to me anyway and honored the deal, even though there was no documents or any agreements signed yet. I am also an out-of-state buyer so everything was virtual and all the documents were signed electronically. It was easy and a few days later, they met me halfway from my location to deliver the car. Not to mention their service-department are also very detailed and the used-car I bought was well serviced. Even the air in the tires were all even when I checked it. Wednesday 2/19/25 -My son had found a truck advertised online that fit EXACTLY what he was looking for. He started the process working with Noah W in sales to purchase the truck. He took pictures of his trade, started to secure financing plans and even scheduled an appointment to go test drive and possibly buy. We are over an hour away from the dealership. He even considered taking a day off work to secure the deal if needed. This morning 2/21/25 he calls Diehl to finalize plans to see the truck and SURPRISE the truck is sold!!!!????? How could this possibly happen??? Was it even ever available???Why would they do this??? He was extremely disappointed!!! The sales manager had the audacity to try to sell him a different vehicle at the same price (a better deal for the dealer). To all thinking of buying from this dealership I would steer clear!!! Integrity and honesty are what we look for from car dealers. This dealer had none. It was a classic Bait n Switch!!! These dealers wonder why they are being cut out of the buying equation via platforms such as Carvana, CarGurus etc. ... I don't wish anyone to lose their job UNLESS dishonest business practice warrants it. Karma has a way of serving revenge for dishonesty. ABSOLUTELY Terrible
