So of course, I decided to use them myself for birthday/graduation flowers as a gift for someone. I got 18 longstem hot pink roses with a beautiful black and gold black ribbon. They not only have the most fresh/beautiful flowers, but they also have great customer service. Not to mention their prices for what you actually receive are incredible!!! I looked at a few highly rated florists in town, and Whispers and Honey had a great selection and reasonable prices compared to others in the space, so I decided to go with them. I placed my order mid-morning having easily navigated their website and made my selection. I appreciated the ease of the website, and the follow-up emails they sent with receipts and such. Imagine my surprise when I received a notification just over an hour later that the order had been delivered! Truly the fastest flower service I think I have ever experienced! The friend texted me that they were absolutely beautiful. Given this experience, I would not only recommend them but will definitely use them for future floral needs.

The person called me and said I cannot deliver that time because we close the shop at 5 pm. I said no problem, can you please deliver it as close to 5 as possible? She said no, I can only do it at 4! I made sure someone was home to receive the flowers, no big deal. Well let's fast forward to 4 pm. I ordered a specific arrangement, paid the $125 for the flowers and added a balloon for $5 plus the shipping fee of $15 no big deal, I figured it's the deluxe arrangement, and it will be beautiful. So the flowers arrive, my father FaceTimes me so I can see that they arrived for my mom as a surprise for her birthday. DISAPPOINTED is not even the word to describe what we got. It looks like the person went to the market, grabbed a bunch of flowers, put it in a vase, and added ribbon to it! For sure it was NOT worth $125! Then I look at the card that we added with a simple message. It looked like my kindergartner wrote it! I get that not everyone has good handwriting, I don't either but if I am providing a service to someone, I make sure it is perfect (typed would have been sufficient). When I tried contacting the flower shop, they did not immediately get back to me. When they did, they said that I did not pay for the $125 deluxe version of flowers, and that the arrangement I got was sufficient enough and beautiful enough. The lady kept saying that they are a small business and she doesn't know what I expect from them being a small business. LET ME TELL YOU, if you own a small business, I EXPECT the best services to be provided so that I do not go to the big box chain companies, and I would refer all my family and friends to use you as their go to shop! I decided to call before driving down and we were met with the most patient and kind human being on the line. She was so incredibly helpful, calm, poised and she saved the day. JLF has stunning arrnagements and we had to have peonies, but couldn't afford a lavish boquet they worked with our budget and produced a stunning boquet within 40 minutes. Absolute perfection.

They have all sorts of snacks, candies, chocolates, and drinks from Europe, the Middle East and other parts of Asia. It almost seemed like I'm at a Duty Free store but better. They have chocolates I picked up from my travels: Mozartkugeln from Austria, Fazer from Finland, Charbonnel et Walker from the UK, etc. They have tea, manuka honey, shortbread cookies, biscotti, stroopwafels, Skittles drinks, some version of Dubai chocolates, black truffle flavored Lay's, energy drinks, pistachio Snickers, etc. The lady in the store was nice without hovering. The store was spacious, clean and organized. I didn't see prices on each product. I'll definitely come back should I crave anything we don't normally have in regular stores.
