By the time I saw and listened to the message, they were closed and I thought my project would have to hold until they reopened the following week. When I point it out to the cashier, they always say "they are only the cashier" but it became obvious to me that they see this a lot. The store is convenient but it has gotten to the point that I have to take pictures of the prices because I know it will be an issue at the check out. Then a manager has to correct the price for me. They need to correct it for everyone, not when you happen to catch them. I wonder how many people just don't notice it. After putting up with this for over a year it can't just be a mistake. (Never rings up for less, always more) My only conclusion is they know about the problem, but they also make more money because of it. Must be intentional. Be careful when shopping here.

My husband cut out a small square in each room and we took them to Paintland. The gentleman there was so kind and informative. He matched the paint up to the original colors and it's almost impossible to tell the difference. We're heading back to get paint matched for several more rooms. What a great experience! I was told that ordering the paint online was the only way that I could walk in, and just pick up the paint (that is, not wait for the paint to be tinted, shaken, etc.). The next day I received an email stating that my paint was ready to pick up; however, when I arrived, the paint had not yet been made, and I would have to wait. The same surly clerk told me that they don't pre-make gallons of paint because "so many customers" never pick up their paints and that costs SW money. This was despite the fact that -- as she told me to do -- I had already paid for the paint. No apology from her... only obstinate indifference. I will never buy SW paint from here again.
