When I point it out to the cashier, they always say "they are only the cashier" but it became obvious to me that they see this a lot. The store is convenient but it has gotten to the point that I have to take pictures of the prices because I know it will be an issue at the check out. Then a manager has to correct the price for me. They need to correct it for everyone, not when you happen to catch them. I wonder how many people just don't notice it. After putting up with this for over a year it can't just be a mistake. (Never rings up for less, always more) My only conclusion is they know about the problem, but they also make more money because of it. Must be intentional. Be careful when shopping here.

I asked an associate if he could help retrieve it or call someone who could. I didn't expect anyone to drop what they were doing, but I did expect basic customer service--either call assistance, find the right person, or tell me where to wait. I ended up leaving my cart and buying the same items at Lowe's nearby. Home Depot: please coach associates to take ownership when a customer needs help accessing inventory. A quick page or radio call would've solved this in minutes.
