Other tenants of the building reported seeing them pack up and move out in the middle of the day earlier this week. No notice posted on their door, their website, or their social media. All I got (as an existing patient) was a bizarre cold call from someone who didn't give their name, told me some other dentist miles away (who I've never heard of) is now "my new dentist". Very unusual and suspicious, and annoying since I had an appointment scheduled for next Monday. Looks like I'll be looking for a new dentist. :-/

I never received any invoices in the mail nor a phone call prior.. There was another occasion where I got some work done and contacted my dental insurance and spoke with a representative after, just because I kept getting hit will all these outstanding bills during a certain time frame and the UHC representative informed me that Neal Dental forgot to inform me that their office did not renew for my specific network (UHC) meaning they are not in network with UHC until they decide to renew it so I was an out of pocket patient for that service I got done at that time even though I was previously in their network and they were late on renewing for certain providers. You would think the Front Desk would inform you on their delay in renewing with some networks especially while I was checking in for that appointment and when I confirmed my dental insurance information (which was still the same - UHC) I thought this was standard protocol.. There were too many cases to where the communication was not there, which is super important especially for building a clients trust. Do not recommend..

Finally found a perfect dental office in bristow! They never do any unnecessary work to get insurance points and their charge is so reasonable. Front desk to the hygienist are very polite and professional and respectful. I can see that they are well trained before they start their job. Reminds me of Japanese dental office. Making appointment is easy and the office maintains not to get overly crowded with other patients. They have good technology but only the downside is they don't do in office white teething. Parking is plenty and they have individual tv so you can watch tv while getting treatment!

Since I had another claim pending in my dental insurance, (wisdom teeth from a couple weeks prior), they also advised the 'possibility' of this (difference) of cost change. I understood it perfectly and was so glad they advised this info. Not many places will take the time to tell you about the "what if's". Some places don't even give you pricing until you're done with a procedure. Tom's made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Let me talk about Susana. She really touched my heart. Funny, sometimes, how God puts people in places. We had the best conversations while I was there. She's a good person with a big heart. Michelle, my endodontist, was amazing. She spoke in a calming voice where I felt like I was in a meditation class instead of an endodontist office! She was very sincere and calming. She spoke so gently while working, I honestly wasn't even tense while in the chair with her instruments buzzing around.
