I wish we had auto salvage yards up north like this one. Football stadium size yard with vehicles…read morelined up like soldiers, all raised up on horses. The office tells you where the particular vehicles are that match the part you need. They give you a section # and Row # of where to find the vehicles to retrieve your part. Also the yard is clean with gravel and no oil or antifreeze. That's another bonus. To this end, their prices are very reasonable. DOUG, Well done!!

Very disappointing experience. I purchased spark plugs from this seller because they were…read morelisted/sold as compatible with my vehicle. After receiving them and checking the correct specifications for my vehicle, I discovered that they were the wrong spark plugs. I contacted the seller, explained the compatibility issue, and requested to return them for a refund. Unfortunately, the seller refused to refund me even though the parts sold to me were not correct for my vehicle. I expected the seller to stand behind the compatibility information provided and resolve the issue fairly. Instead, I was left paying for spark plugs that I cannot use. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers double-check the exact part number and vehicle compatibility before purchasing.
