Then they contacted me 5'mins before they closed and said how quick can I make it back to the shop, only to find the guy that I handed the keys to went home a long time ago and there was another guy who was in there working on a whole different car while my car was parked on the side. No idea how long my car was actually ready for, I waited all day, turned my car in at 10am and didn't get my car until 7pm, no exaggeration, I got my starter replaced. Should not have taken that long. Oh, and when I showed up, he said "you have the starter replacement right?" We never talked about that, I never said I had the part, he then said okay no problem I could find it, it'll take me an extra 3hours to get it. I just didn't want to deal with this issue anymore so I said sure. I should have taken that as my first sign and left somewhere else. I've had other work done on my car since at a new shop and I'm 1000% happier, better priced, feel valued, plus I can sit inside a shop and wait while my car gets worked on, unlike here. You have to leave and come back once they call you, at the end of the day, 5mins before they close telling you your car is ready, to be picked up by someone you never seen before. OH and these guys don't even report their work into Carfax like every other professional shop does. Everytime a mechanic works on your car, they upload it into carfax to show your recent updates, but this shop doesn't do that. Avoid this shop, let that be an indicator of whether or not you should do business with a mechanic. Very shady to avoid uploading professional required documentation. Now that sucks because when I want to resell my car, my carfax history won't show that I got a new started replaced 2026. There's no history of it whatsoever. Find another more professional mechanic, compare prices, ask if they upload their work into carfax. Ask many questions before agreeing to trust your car with them. How they answer your questions will tell you if you want to do business with them, but do that with others and let me spare you this struggle. Only giving them 2 stars because as far as I know, the starter was actually replaced and haven't had issues since. So I guess they did what they needed to do. But I had a lower quote from another mechanic and I regret not going with him because he's the one I go to now and he charges WAY less for better quality work, he's thorough, takes his time to explain and show you.

The manager Alix made sure that the process was as smooth and straight forward as possible. When I first got there and explained what was going on with my transmission, he immediately offered to go with me on a test drive so he can checkout the issues for himself. After doing so, he did a full diagnostics on the vehicle to see what codes would appear on his diagnostic machine, in order to eliminate any guess work. I definitely appreciate the professionalism and the straightforward answers he would give me when I had questions. I can tell that unlike other establishments in the area, that he wasn't trying to swindle or get additional funds out of me. He was able to offer me a competitive price for the work that would need to be done as well as the parts. Everything that he told me was definitely more than reasonable and I agreed to have the work done. They were able to give me a ride to Avis for a rental for a few days while they got the work done on my car. I've never been to an establishment that was so courteous before, but it was definitely a breath of fresh air with all the stress that I was dealing with at the time. When I got my vehicle back in a few days, it was in great condition. Alix also offered to have me come back after 200 miles or so just to check and make sure everything was on the up and up which I definitely appreciated. Where do I start.... First I was told my car would be done…read morein 2 days..7 days later I finally get a call that my car is ready. I was told that multiple parts that they bought were bad. There was a major lack of communication until I started calling them to check on my car after 3 days. In the midst of my car being at their shop, it was driven from Coral Springs to lake worth and back without my knowledge until after the fact. Who ever drove my car ran over a screw and punctured my brand new tire. I got an alert through my Ford app that my front driver side tire is low. Called and told Jeff this and he said it must be a bad sensor... As for not having my car for a week, they offered me to get a rental car but this is out of my way so I didn't get one and saved them the money for that. So I finally get the call to come and get my car. I get there at 9:15, and I have to be out of there as quickly as possible due to a Dr appt at 10am. I get there and went to pay with my AMEX and was THEN told they didn't take Amex. Mind you I told Jeff that I would be paying with a credit card the very day I dropped my car off. That caused another whole issue with my bank. I also dropped my car off with a half tank of gas. I got my car back with only 45 miles left to E. I mentioned that to him while I was waiting to get done and he said sarcastically they could put gas in it. Once I finally get that settled and get my keys, I get into my car and it smells like the inside of a transmission shop. I try to drive off and see the Low tire pressure alert is on. I check my tire and immediately see the screw inside of it. IJeff comes out and asked me what's wrong at this point. I remind him that someone at the shop ran over a screw. His first reaction was to say they aren't liable for tires. Then he tells me to go next door and get it plugged. By now it's approximately 9:50 to get to a 10am Dr appointment. I should have been able to walk in and walk out with my keys. My tire should have been fixed before I got there and gas should have been put back in my car. Piss poor communication, horrible customer service. I only hope the work is better than the customer service. Mind you I didn't tell them I needed my car immediately as soon as it was done. So they had plenty of time to make those things right before I picked it up. As a fellow business owner I would be appalled if someone had gone through this at my company.

When I report to Groupon the issue, they can't give me my money back because the merchant claim the Groupon and said that the service was done when no service was done. A week later, my check engine light came on. I returned they said they fixed it. Two weeks later AGAIN I returned and the shop said they identified a coolant leak but never fully explained the issue or its risks. Without informing me, they injected a stop leak additive into the engine. This was never mentioned before. They told me to sell my car when it's working ok. I ultimately had to take my car to a certified Honda dealership, who confirmed that the stop leak had spread through the entire engine system and caused over $7,000 in damage, making the car unsafe to drive. I was forced to sell my car because repairing it was no longer worth the cost. Despite providing documentation and attempting to resolve the matter professionally including sending diagnosis reports the shop denied responsibility and blamed "pre-existing conditions," which were never mentioned or documented before their repairs as they serviced my car for years. They also admitted to not having me sign any invoice before applying the additive, only creating one after the fact.
