We signed that part because we have a warranty that would cover work but needed to be submitted prior to work being done. - Wobble when driving - - they said they pulled off the front two tires, tried to balance them, could only balance 1 - they said that we should buy two new tires, we agreed. - we later found out the shop doesn't have the ability to take tires off this size rv, they never took them off, they don't have the machine to balance new ones. No payment for this surprise. - new control arm - - we asked them to replace it as it had bad rubber on connection - they said absolutely, no problem - a week later we find out they never ordered the part, they don't have the ability to replace that part, like they don't have the ability to do the job at all in any way, no payment for this -blower- - we ask them to diagnose and let us know before ANYTHING AT ALL is done. Remember, we have a warranty that would cover this, so we were very specific about this. Signed the document to tell us if it goes above $150. - they remove one drawer, reach behind it and plug the blower motor back in as it wiggled lose. - $1,000. They charged us $1,000. They said we authorized 6 hours of work. We called the manufacturer to determine the amount of time it should have taken. They wrote out an email explaining in detail that not to just plug it back in, but to REPLACE the whole thing, is one hour of labor. The owner is a liar. The owner is an insecure 70 year old man with a failing business and health and is desperate to make a dollar. Do not go here. Do not trust them. I went to JM Lexus originally, I left my car there for a day and they "stated" that nothing was wrong with the brakes. First and last time for me here. I felt like just a number. I called NSJCC the day before and spoke with Dominic. We both agreed that it may be my front brake rotors and he gave me pricing with and without brakes if needed. He told me to bring it by the next morning and he will have it back to me within a couple of hours. I dropped my car off at 810am and it was ready before 11am! This is unheard of!! Where has this place been all of my life?!?! Brake issues have disappeared in thin air. The pricing was affordable and the communication was on point. And Most of all, Dominic seems trustworthy to me. They pretty much do everything except body and transmission work. A one stop shop ! They gained themselves a lifelong customer .. I was quoted $150 less than all of the others and the service was great. I was so pleased with the service, I returned the next week to replace my tires. Again, the quotes matched my budget. This shop is busy; the type of place you know by word-of-mouth. All of the employees were super helpful. After meticulous research and inspection David found it was actually the front Huns that needed to be replaced.
