On Avery suggestion, I did a trial run with my make-up a few weeks before the wedding. I showed her photos of the look I wanted and did my make-up in the same fashion. At the end of the trial we talked about what I liked and didn't. We tweaked the look a couple of times and took some photos in the sun so that I could get an idea of how my make-up would look for my outdoor wedding. On the day of the wedding Avery was a dream to work with. She was on-time to the site where we were getting ready, and was set-up before the first "appointment" time of the day. She brought an assistant with her to help with the bridal party, and her assistant was also top notch. All of us left that day feeling like pampered beauty queens. Varying from full on glamour girl to an "I rarely wear make-up" tom boy, Avery customized each look to the person's desired result. And my day of make-up was EVEN BETTER than my trial run.
