    $20 worth of pastries

i hate to leave a bad review especially after wanting to come here since they opened but it was one of the worst experiences i've ever had. i came and it was dead, quiet and not even the workers out. i waited patiently and let them know it was my first time. i wanted for try two different pastries and somehow after picking the ones i wanted and already packaging them they told me i had to but a "whole order" (not on the menu by the way) so i said okay i can do one order (they had said mix and match 3 cookies). the woman called a man over which i'm assuming is the owner and he told me i'd have to buy EVEN MORE because i picked two different things...but that assured me it's fine after he said "i'll give a $2 discount" uhhh. i thought in my head couldn't be more than $10 since they said it goes by weight. i end up having to surrender my entire $20. i just wanted to get out of there at this point. and they didn't give me the receipt but i saw they overcharged and put half a pound (8oz) for each. i got home and weighed them myself (including the boxes because they did also) and altogether it was no more than 6oz!! please say your time and money and go to c-town market. they are actually fresh there and taste like something. these were just overly sweet and all "mix and match" pieces tasted the same. even when i opted for the "more expensive option that includes pistachio" as the man said. horrible experience. and the man started telling me about how he can't afford to pay workers minimum wage if he sold individual cookies...maybe the problem is the $10 smoothies and the $20 cookies not making the sales not the customers.

We just had dinner at Kaza Mazza Mediterranean Restaurant and I spotted Marhaba Bakery right around the corner. I asked the staff at Kaza Mazza what they thought of it and they said it was their bakery too! I love Kaza Mazza and figured their bakery would probably be pretty spectacular too...and I was right. Step into Marhaba and you will find yourself in a quaint coffee shop and bakery welcomed by some of the nicest people. I don't recall the young man's name but he worked there on 1/13/26 @ about 830pm and was so hospitable. Im not too knowledgeable on Mediterranean sweets so he explained their menu in detail...unfortunately, most of their goodies were gone. I had their Baklava w/pistachio, a slice of their Knafeh (which I have never had before and knew nothing about) and we also had their Caramel Macchiato and Lavender Latte. I dont think I can properly describe their baked goods other than it was a delectable experience. The Baklava was crisp, rich and not too sweet while the Knafeh with its cheese and various textures just melted in my mouth. My hubby even enjoyed these and he isn't much of a dessert fan! Their coffees were also very good. We both enjoyed what we ordered and look forward to many returns. Thank you Marhaba for your kind hospitality delicious desserts and amazing coffee!

First time coming here and it was a great experience. Stumbled on this place while driving by and saw the grand opening sign. We were greeted by Rise who's quite friendly and very helpful. She recommended a lot of yummy goodies and we tried the shortbread cookies very dense and has pistachio nuts inside. It paired nicely with my large lavender latte. Even though the menu only offered ice latte version she was able to make a hot version for me. Upon exiting this store I saw their huge block of Dubai homemade chocolate for $20! I bought it and it tastes so good. Love the combination of kunafa and kataifi. Creamy and crunchy at the same time. Indoor ambiance was very clean and modern. Had a few indoor tables to sit and enjoy your treats. Definitely coming back and seeing Rose again and trying other savory and sweet treats. What a fabulous start to my Saturday morning !

My husband and I decided to try this place after going to the card shop next door for a quick desert and coffee. My husband got this delicious flaky pastry (so sorry i don't remember the name) and i got a lavender iced latte. Both were amazing!!! 10/10 we are definitely not going to miss opportunities to return.

Delicious mini Za3tar, baklava, and knafeh They were all fresh and tasted so good. Ordered twice in one week. They bake fresh. Service is great and friendly.

This is more of a middle eastern bakery than a coffee shop. The customer service was excellent! The cozy store was very clean, since it was a nice day outside, we decided to sit outside at their outdoor tables. We ordered two lattes, both horrible and some baklava...the 4 stars goes to the customer service plus the baklava, the coffee gets a 1 star if that! I think the girl that was making the coffee was either new or didn't know how to make lattes. If you're going here for their bakery, I recommend but for the coffee, go somewhere else.

Friendly service. Small shop, but plenty of outdoor seating. Gotta try the knafeh! Yum.

Specifically, the slice of tiramisu for the birthday boy wasn't available so in a haste, I ordered the full tiramisu in the display case. The tres leches I ordered wasn't in stock and was replaced by vanilla rolls. I read so many positive reviews, I assumed any cake should be good. Sadly, the vanilla roll was inedible. The cake part was dense and dry. It seemed like the type of cake they'd use for tres leches but of course, without the milk which made it taste really bad. The red velvet was equally dry and wasn't made with cream cheese frosting. It was bland and actually tasted like cheap ingredients. The worst part was the $30 tiramisu for birthday boy. It had the same dense and dry sponge cake and was nothing like traditional tiramisu. I was really embarrassed and we couldn't finish it. I don't write these reviews lightly but I was extremely disappointed, will not return, and will not recommend.

Good selection but some of the common panes were not offered such as Ojo De Pancha or the pan that looks like a concha but has more of the sugar on top, and cema. The conchas that are offered are medium sized. Bigger than minis but smaller than the grocery store options. I asked if they had minis and was told they are made to order for catering. Had some breads I hadn't seen before and picked some out that are pictured to try. My favorite of the new tries was the very thin one towards the bottom. It had a piloncillo taste! The elites were also medium sized and the orange filling that is sometimes skimped on by some bakeries. It was good but could have used some more canela/spice just like the concha. Concha was good but was missing a little more flavor. Oreja was on the smaller size but good. The majority of the bread is $1.25 and some is $1.50. A bit much for how much smaller the breads are compared to the other local panaderias. Will be going back to try the tamales next time and get some more of that thing bread.
