We drove about 30 minutes to get to this bakery because my husband was craving kunafa and I'm so glad we did! I honestly was not expecting it to be as great as it was. It is a tiny little shop, with only two tables inside (super cute). The kunafa pieces are huge (we shared one) and definitely worth it. It was super crispy and perfectly cheesy. We also decided to try the mini manakeesh. They were absolutely delicious, the kids ate them on the drive home. The baklava was very good as well. I will say they are a little pricey but worth every penny! Everything we tried was so delicious, I cannot wait to go back! Had the most disappointing experience here. I bought a clipp coupon that would get me $20 worth for just $7. I came in on Friday afternoon. It was warm and the door was left open and there were 2 tables that had customers waiting for their orders. I ordered 6 pcs of the baklava then asked about the matcha and the guy said he had no idea what it tasted like. Red flag, my husband definitely was not having him make his matcha lol. I ordered an iced Americano with a splash of half n half thinking that this was a safe choice. He left the register and went to the back where him and a lady spoke loudly to each other for about 5 minutes. He came back and proceeded to try to ring me up. He had no idea how to use the clipp coupon and made several attempts but failed. He finally called the owner who then walked him through the process. Then came the worst part... He went to make my Americano. First he made the espresso shots, great! Then he filled a cup to the top with ice, excellent. THEN He filled almost the entire cup with half n half and put the shot in! I'm talking there was 1 full cup of half n half in my Americano. I'm talking 300 calories not 60. If you know anything about Americano you would understand how wrong this is. The cup should have been at least 1/2-3/4 filled with water first! It was not drinkable and I did not try to explain and I was not going to wait for another drink because at this point our quick stop for drinks and a treat turned into a 20 minute ordeal. Overall he seemed like the wrong person to lead the store. I know this is a new bakery and I know that a lot of blood, sweat and tears go into new businesses. I am all for supporting them. But it was a bad decision to put someone that was inexperienced alone to run it. It would have been better practice to just put up a sign that said. Sorry no drinks available today instead of risking him making a bunch of drinks wrong. The baklava I thought was excellent, tasty and not too sweet. i hate to leave a bad review especially after wanting to come here since they opened but it was one of the worst experiences i've ever had. i came and it was dead, quiet and not even the workers out. i waited patiently and let them know it was my first time. i wanted for try two different pastries and somehow after picking the ones i wanted and already packaging them they told me i had to but a "whole order" (not on the menu by the way) so i said okay i can do one order (they had said mix and match 3 cookies). the woman called a man over which i'm assuming is the owner and he told me i'd have to buy EVEN MORE because i picked two different things...but that assured me it's fine after he said "i'll give a $2 discount" uhhh. i thought in my head couldn't be more than $10 since they said it goes by weight. i end up having to surrender my entire $20. i just wanted to get out of there at this point. and they didn't give me the receipt but i saw they overcharged and put half a pound (8oz) for each. i got home and weighed them myself (including the boxes because they did also) and altogether it was no more than 6oz!! please say your time and money and go to c-town market. they are actually fresh there and taste like something. these were just overly sweet and all "mix and match" pieces tasted the same. even when i opted for the "more expensive option that includes pistachio" as the man said. horrible experience. and the man started telling me about how he can't afford to pay workers minimum wage if he sold individual cookies...maybe the problem is the $10 smoothies and the $20 cookies not making the sales not the customers. read more

The customer service is the absolute worst. Very unwelcoming. I called in an order and the person just couldn't understand me. I asked how long it would take they said 15 min. it took FORTY FIVE. They asked me for the manakish boat or circle. i was very clear i asked for circle and still got the boat. As i was waiting inside, I noticed the baker brought out a box. The lady was on the phone (on speaker for all to hear) and just wiping the clean counter top for the millionth time and I had to ask if that was my food. I got a "yea" and grabbed my food and left. We just had dinner at Kaza Mazza Mediterranean Restaurant and I spotted Marhaba Bakery right around the corner. I asked the staff at Kaza Mazza what they thought of it and they said it was their bakery too! I love Kaza Mazza and figured their bakery would probably be pretty spectacular too...and I was right. Step into Marhaba and you will find yourself in a quaint coffee shop and bakery welcomed by some of the nicest people. I don't recall the young man's name but he worked there on 1/13/26 @ about 830pm and was so hospitable. Im not too knowledgeable on Mediterranean sweets so he explained their menu in detail...unfortunately, most of their goodies were gone. I had their Baklava w/pistachio, a slice of their Knafeh (which I have never had before and knew nothing about) and we also had their Caramel Macchiato and Lavender Latte. I dont think I can properly describe their baked goods other than it was a delectable experience. The Baklava was crisp, rich and not too sweet while the Knafeh with its cheese and various textures just melted in my mouth. My hubby even enjoyed these and he isn't much of a dessert fan! First time coming here and it was a great experience. Stumbled on this place while driving by and saw the grand opening sign. We were greeted by Rise who's quite friendly and very helpful. She recommended a lot of yummy goodies and we tried the shortbread cookies very dense and has pistachio nuts inside. It paired nicely with my large lavender latte. Even though the menu only offered ice latte version she was able to make a hot version for me. Upon exiting this store I saw their huge block of Dubai homemade chocolate for $20! I bought it and it tastes so good. Love the combination of kunafa and kataifi. Creamy and crunchy at the same time. Indoor ambiance was very clean and modern. Had a few indoor tables to sit and enjoy your treats. Definitely coming back and seeing Rose again and trying other savory and sweet treats. What a fabulous start to my Saturday morning ! read more

The cozy store was very clean, since it was a nice day outside, we decided to sit outside at their outdoor tables. We ordered two lattes, both horrible and some baklava...the 4 stars goes to the customer service plus the baklava, the coffee gets a 1 star if that! I stopped in because I was in the area and craving Knafeh. This place had recently opened and came recommended from a google search. Upon walking in I was greeted by the employee. He was quick to offer an explanation and description of all menu items and other things offered. Their menu had a lot of traditional Turkish dessert options. The coffee shop itself is relatively small. But there were 2 display cases with desserts. In addition, there were a few tables outside and inside. I ordered a Knafeh and it was already warmed which was nice as I did not have to wait for it. It tasted fresh to me and came with crushed pistachios and syrup on top. The Knafeh itself was pretty tasty, but not the best I have tried. For a single slice it was about $10 plus tax, which I felt was overpriced. While I did not try coffee this visit, I am excited to return to try their coffee and other desserts offered. read more

My experience there is terrible! The shop was open and there was a customer there sitting on a chair, and I was standing by the counter waiting for someone to come and take my order. I stood there for 10 minutes and rang the bell twice and no one came! After a couple of minutes, the lady who prepares the food came in with her daughter. Her daughter asked her in Arabic why was there customer in and no one's there and the older lady said it doesn't matter! The lady saw me there, she didn't even acknowledge my presence! she went ahead and asked someone else who she was talking to out of the place for their order. We ordered it, and while it was acceptable, it did not meet my expectations. The baklava was not very sweet; for those who prefer a less sweet version, this may be appealing. Personally, I prefer baklava with honey or a richer syrup, which it did not have. Since this was my first visit and it was near closing time, I do not want to judge the business unfairly.
