I started coming here when they first opened, and the drinks were great. Unfortunately, not long after, I noticed the quality and consistency started to decline. I decided to give them another try today to see if things had improved, but unfortunately, I left very disappointed. I ordered a lychee green tea with boba. What I received was plain green tea with lychee jelly and boba--there was no noticeable lychee syrup or lychee flavor in the drink itself, and it cost around $6 for a base tea with toppings. I also want to note that the green tea base was very watered down and not brewed properly, lacking the tea notes you would expect when it is made correctly. It's disappointing because I really enjoyed this place when they first opened and wanted to see the quality return to what it was originally. He was so friendly, went over all the mochi donut flavors and made sure to give us customer favorites and recommendations. The place itself is super cute, it is small and there isn't seating, but they have a ton on the menu including gelato and speciality drinks. It's not a typical boba shop that we're used to and has more Dubai type of items along with mochi donuts & gelato. We ordered the passion fruit tea with boba and the guava tea. The boba was soft but idk how I feel about the taste. It didn't taste like brown sugar for some reason. Idk if it's the artificial taste of the passion fruit tea that altered it but it wasn't the greatest. The guava tea was pleasant and flavor was much better. The reason why I gave this shop a 5 stars even though the tea was mid is because the owner is very nice and friendly and also he gave us gelato to try. He saw that we had kids and asked if it's ok to give them some gelato and asked what flavor they liked. The kids love the cookie and cream gelato & he surprised us with their mango gelato to try. We weren't expecting that and it was really good and had mango bits in it. That definitely showed us he wants our business & went out of his way to have us try other products. Ordered the iced Biscoff latte from the "Vietnamese coffee" section and it was a complete miss. What I received tasted like watered‑down black coffee with a lightly sweet foam on top. It wasn't even iced -- the drink was warm, which makes me think they poured hot coffee straight over the ice and melted it instantly. Really disappointing. Overall, the experience and taste was good. This is more of a take your order and go place. So if your expecting a boba shop study lounge, than this is not it. Though there are some tables and chairs it is very much small and meant to go and pick up. Donuts are great and have that mochi chewy texture. A variety of different distinguishable flavors. The boba was okay. I would come here if I wanted something different for my donut cravings but not make this my first choice for boba, and would be just a convenience pick up. We've visited Baba's Boba Mochi Donuts & Gelato in Corona a couple of times now, and both visits left us seriously impressed. Cute inside and staff was awesome each time. The mochi donuts are the highlight for me. Our favorite flavors so far are the Dubai and the Biscoff, which we absolutely loved. The Fruity Pebbles one was such a fun, nostalgic treat, and of course we had to grab a few classics with sprinkles too. Every bite has that perfect chewy texture that makes mochi donuts so addicting. I didn't have any special interest in visiting babas and only stopped by because I finished having sushi. Im really glad I did. I judged a book and shame on me for doing that. I have my usual tea house and usually despise buying a milk tea that tastes like pure fructose. Let me tell you, the tea here is GOOOOOOD. I love the boba as well. It's honestly done so well that I can say it's pretty up there on my list of favorite tea houses. The jasmine green milk tea and matcha latte are actually so delicious I would recommend it over most of the ones in corona. Also, their donuts are really delicious. Mu favorite is the Cookie Monster and Dubai chocolate , but I have a couple others that I have in box rn snd need to try. It's also a small shop, and you may wait a few minutes longer for your drink, but it is well worth it in my opinion. Service has always been exceptional. There has not been one time that I've come here and been unhappy with the service. Will definitely be back and highly recommend you visit if you haven't done so already. read more

came back because i was in the area (and it's a must). they had some new menu items!! i tried the new strawberry donut and it was good but a little sweet for me 8/10. the cheesecake shake was underwhelming...sadly. i expected cheesecake bites and more cheesecake flavor but it was just a strawberry shake. i was expecting creamy vanilla/custard flavors. it was very pretty though so that was a plus 5/10 (it was good if you are wanting strawberry shake just not what i expected and sweeeeeeeet). DATE SHAKE WAS DELICIOUS. i enjoyed it and it is my new favorite. creamy and perfectly sweet. the date syrup is perfect and the real chunks of date give the shake texture and richness. 10/10 i recommend the date shake so very much. i regret not getting it also (i almost stole it from my sister). donuts had good flavor as always but where on the harder side (then again it was 8pm, fresher earlier in the day). service was nice and they young guys were very patient and kind. ambiance is good and clean. they have some nice soft music playing with a cozy fireplace video. they redid the seating and remodeled a bit which works nicely. love the mirror. read more
