I was told to do the paperwork in advance and that an appointment would already be set by today at a certain time a day before my arrival. My paperwork was done already. I showed up early and rang the doorbell twice. I called the counselor twice. I texted the counselor. No answer. Not even a courtesy call to call me and tell me that my appointment has been delayed or canceled in advance or a potential problem with my paperwork. I finally get a text about a 1/2 an hour later, give me a bogus excuse, saying that there was a mistake. I really wish with the traveling and the gas and getting there early, just to get irresponsibly blown off from them because of their irresponsibility and bias, that I could charge them the seventy five dollar cancellation fee for her not showing up for the appointment. And I suspect with good reason of of another employeee that I did not know of previously who worked their, who I feel has ill will towards me, and suspect that she was an influence to the incompetent and dismissive way that they treated me. I feel this therapist re-judged me based on another's advice. I don't believe a word they say. I don't trust them. And be careful about signing their iron clad contracts!

I also think that people are often unwilling to spend money on taking care of their own health. They can waste money on Starbucks, fast food, smoking and other vices, but don't want to spend $80 for an hour of therapy a couple times month that is life altering and invaluable! The money I have spent on treatments with Bernadette is the best investment I have ever made in my life . . . my health and my self!! When I first went to Bernadette, I was grieving over the recent loss of a dearly loved family pet, and was a mess both emotionally and physically. I had a lower back pain for about 9 months previously and I was suffering from bouts of unexplained vomiting. This was just a few of my problems. During the first session and many others, I felt sensations occurring that I couldn't understand. It felt like she was pulling years of pain out of my body, it was amazing what was happening and I knew that this was the beginning of something much bigger than I could understand, healing my body both physically and emotionally. After the third visit, I woke up the next day and braced myself to get out of bed, as I had for the past 9 months, in a way that would cause me as little pain as possible. I would usually YELP (no pun intended every time I'd go from a laying down to standing up position). This particular morning, I was amazed to find that when I stood up the pain that had been there for 9 months was completely gone!! The pain remained gone. I continued to go to Bernadette to deal with my anxiety, and years of emotional issues that I had suppressed. I was in very bad shape physically and I knew that if I didn't get my body healed, I would end up with a chronic disease that could not be cured. I looked forward to each session, because every time I would feel better and better. I referred dozens of people to Bernadette, many of them have reported back having phenomenal results, and others who only went once for curiosity but who weren't really committed to the process, maybe because they didn't understand how it worked. (Their loss, truly!) I could write for hours about my experiences and other loved ones who have experienced significant healing during their sessions with Bernadette but Yelp has a word limit for their reviews. I recommend that you give her a few chances to help you with your issues and see for your self. She isn't a miracle worker. She isn't God. But she has a gift from God that I can't explain any better than I already have. She is extremely intelligent, talented, very intuitive and she is a healer of Mind, Body and Spirit. If I could give everyone the gift of what she has been able to do for me and my loved ones, I would gift her to everyone!! Since I can't do that with everyone, I hope this review will be a catalyst for others to give this gift to their self - and in the meantime, my favorite gift to give my loved ones, is a gift certificate for a session with Bernadette.

Monique created a safe space to let it all go. A year and some change later I am a different person. Monique prepared me for my journey.
