My appt was at 8:15 in the morning. She was 25 minutes late. I had a group on for $144 for a haircut, deep conditioning, partial highlights and blow out. I showed her the color of the highlights that I had as some were growing out. Not only did Lisa, the owner, not match my highlights, but you can't even tell I got them done. I didn't need the haircut, so I just had curtain bangs. There are different kinds of curtain bangs, but she didn't ask, she just cut them. There are barely any bangs cut. Then, she washed my hair and talked on the phone the whole time, which that is supposed to be relaxing part of appt. She didn't leave on the deep conditioning, just rinsed it out. She applied toner. She did NOT ask me if I wanted toner, she just put it on. I asked for a blowout and she said she wasn't sure she had time, but she ended up doing it. She didn't use product before she blew it dry or afterwards. It was a humid day and some anti frizz would have been good. She didn't even use hair spray! Once I was checking out, she charge me $65 extra for the toner. My bill ended up being $210. When I first posted on her website, she answered and said she used product which is a lie. She said toner was OPTIONAL which I wasn't given an option. She said you could see the highlights which you can't. She didn't address being 25 minutes late. She also talked on the phone when she was blow drying my hair. People that look at her website will see positive reviews because Lisa , the owner, takes the neg down. I do NOT recommend this salon. It's not a good experience and her prices are ridiculous. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Thank you.

I drive in from out of town just to see her and she is the only hair stylist that I have used that is able to nail my color, style, and cut perfectly every time. I debated on writing this review for days because I felt really bad because they people who worked there were so sweet and really nice. I came in with a Groupon for partial highlights and a haircut. I asked a long bob, a hair style that I always get at other places and show the exact same photos I show to all the haircutters/stylists I visit. The dye job is fine. I really like it, actually. However, the hair cut is a little sloppy and wasn't what I wanted. The front looks decent. She cut it around 2-3 inches shorter than what I wanted... I wanted to be shoulder length but my hair does not reach my shoulders (my hair reached below my armpits at the time). I also told her that my hair gets flat when it's long which is why I wanted to cut it... I'm not sure if this translated into choppy layers, but that is what I got. When she finished my hair, I didn't realize that it wasn't what I wanted. Because she curled it, it was hard for me to see the choppy layers and the uneven haircut. So I thought that it looked good when I looked at it in the mirror at the salon. After I washed it, I was quite surprised and extremely disappointed. I asked my friends and they agreed that it was really choppy and doesn't look that great from behind. I'm a pretty busy person so I don't really have time for a high maintenance hairstyle where I need to straighten and curl it every morning. I also try to stay away from high heat since I used to have really damaged hair. It looks pretty messy when I don't style it so I'm not exactly sure what I'm gonna do. Overall, I don't think I'll be coming back. Another reason why I'm disappointed is that I paid $70 for this Groupon. This haircut and dye job is $150 without it which I think is way too expensive for this quality. I've had a $17 haircut that was better than this, sadly. Edit: The owner contacted me (as you can see below). I agreed to have her fix it and she did not respond to my emails or calls. Their customer service and communication is lacking. She said that she would have the receptionist call me but I never received a call. I finally gave up after 2 weeks of trying to contact her and went to another place. Update (12/14/18): I'm not sure why Georgina felt the need to update her response after nearly a year after this incident! I don't even live in Texas anymore. That's how long it's been. Yes we emailed, no she did not try 3 separate dates. She tried ONE DATE AND TIME (a 3 day notice) and I was unable to make it. Even if she did try 3 dates and that didn't work, she still should've tried to contact me. Even if we couldn't find a date that worked for us, she could've offered a refund or a partial refund and I would've been satisfied with that. The fact that she's making these claims and trying to make it look like I'm the one that ignored her is outrageous. Why would I lie? I literally don't benefit in any way because my hair will still a mess and you have my money. I have posted our emails as proof. If she has proof that she DID offer me 3 different dates, I will happily admit that I was wrong. I'm honestly tired of addressing something that happened a year ago. I know you don't want a bad review on your page but this could've been handled better :/
