Terry gave us sound advice and actually saved us money by being honest with us. When we finally finished with the inspector, Terry got the paperwork done quickly. The staff at Norman's helped me register my Connecticut purchased vehicle in Maryland, just provided all the documentation the dealer provided me with and they also helped me process my request for my specialty plate. I came back in 48 hours to pick up the plate, and the fee was $40 for their services. I have no idea how this might compare to other Tag & Title businesses, but I deemed it worthwhile to bypass the waiting and intermittent surliness of MD MVA staff.
