I would strongly advise against using Tuxedo Center in Hialeah for any special occasion. Our experience was nothing short of a disaster. First off, several of our groomsmen were given broken vests, which were either torn or malfunctioning. When we raised the issue, the female staff responded with smirks and giggles, completely unprofessional. We were told we could either stick with a dirty vest or one that was broken. This lack of care and respect for our big day was shocking. One of my groomsmen was also told that he had to stay with a smaller fitting suit, that if he wore a bigger suit the arms will be too long, isn't the point of a formal wear store to adjust as needed? He was told it's because you never wear a tux, you don't know how to wear a tux. Which was extremely rude coming from the shop owner not knowing if this person wears suits often or not To make matters worse, another groomsman received a vest that was broken in the back, making it completely unusable. Our ring boy's tuxedo didn't even match the rest of the groomsmen--his tux was a completely different shade of grey with a different lining. My groomsmen were all supposed to be wearing ties, some got bows and some got ties, completely mix matching which was not the written desired outfit. This discrepancy was clearly noticeable in photos. Almost all the shoes provided were in terrible condition--broken and torn inside due to overuse. The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the garments made this an incredibly frustrating experience. For a company that specializes in formalwear, they clearly failed to meet even the most basic standards. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and Tuxedo Center made it much more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Cuando por fin les dijo que medio me gusto un vestido pero no lo quiero de princesa si no con corte A, la señora me dijo que a los vestidos no se les podían hacer alteraciones si no eran comprados. A huge contrast to BELLA QUINCES where I first went and basically got ignored by the lady in charge and their prices are ridiculous! I basically rented two gorgeous dresses at Zayas less than what one dress would've cost me to rent at Bella Quinces and most likely I would've had to return it in a week! Unlike Zaya's, the dress is yours for as long as you need. Obviously in my case it took way longer due to the shutdown and worries about Covid-19. But overall it was a wonderful experience! In October 2025, I decided to trust a local shop -Marce Atelier- here in Coral Gables that offered to replicate, in a different color, an impeccable jacket he absolutely loves. The tailor, Marce and his son assured him they could make an identical copy in black. On December 31st, they delivered the first disaster. These individuals clearly had no idea what they were doing--a piece full of defects that was completely unwearable. I personally accompanied him back to the shop, where the son attended us. He took new measurements while a dove walked around us and once again promised it would be ready in a week. Time passed, and only after being pressured did they admit they couldn't fix the original. They claimed they had made a new one using "wonderful fabric" they had purchased again. I am fashion lover and high-quality craftsmanship, and honestly, when I saw this atrocity, I was speechless. The fabric looked old, cheap, stained, and marked, and the construction was something you would expect from a beginner in a sewing class--a complete insult to good taste and basic intelligence. These two individuals are only capable of doing basic hemming or low-quality work, not handling important garments. Of course, they do not have the money to issue a refund, and my husband is absolutely horrified by what they delivered. Here are the photos of what they made--no further words needed.
