I did not have to wait long to be attended to and everyone was nice and professional. The owner Sebastian was present as well and gave me the royal treatment. He himself sized me and provided several options to choose from. He was transparent with pricing and was upfront with tailoring time frame. What I loved most about this location is that they give life time size refitting for all customers free as long as you give them a 3-week heads up in advance. Ismael was knowledgeable and truly seemed to want the best for us when it came to photos and appearance on the day-of. Furthermore, I & A was able to help my dad! He traveled in from out of town just to realize he forgot his suit on the west coast! Ismael mentioned on our first visit that if such incident occurred, he could help. Sure enough, day before the wedding, my husband brought my dad to the shop and not only did they leave with my husbands perfectly tailored suit, but also a perfect rental for my dad. The other dress was cut shorter than supposed, nothing done to a skirt and the third dress was cut shorter on the back that the front, so I lost the $300 I paid for it. Had to leave everything there again and not even an apology. Went back and they ruined three dresses one is now shorter on back, the other too short and the other has an uneven front opening. Lost $600 in dresses and they were rude about it!!! Do not go ever!

After he was measured my husband was able to pick out the type of material he wanted for the shirt. They have a LARGE variety of colors, styles, and materials. So I must say that took him quite some time to pick out the proper style. The tailor was able to help him out and told him what materials look best for the fit and look he wanted. We are picking up the shirt tomorrow so we cannot WAIT to see how it came out. Definitely will post an update on how the shirt looks. Perhaps we will be ordering more if it turns out well!
